(Minghui.org) Liu Ming (alias) is the manager of a private company in Hebei Province. Although he was annoyed about the corruption and immorality of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), he refused to quit the CCP when I advised him to do so.
But a few days ago, he approached me and said he wanted to quit. It had taken a while, but with patience, and by helping him gain access to information uncensored by the CCP, Liu Ming was able to learn the truth.
Mr. Liu had read quite a lot about Falun Gong. He knew that the CCP was bad and that Falun Gong was good. However, because of his atheist upbringing, he was confused about whether divine beings exist and he could not believe that “Heaven will eliminate the CCP.”
He told me, “If you pick up a gun to kill the communists, I'll join you. However, I can't believe that Heaven will do that.”
He also had a hard time believing that the CCP's live organ harvesting for profit was going on and thought that quitting the party would make his life more difficult. Although I told him about using an alias, he was convinced that there was no God and quitting the party served no purpose.
Last winter I told him about the New Tang Dynasty (NTD) television programs. He agreed to watch them and we set up a specific date to set up access to NTD. That day I called him many times but there was no answer. Finally, I went to his home and found him in bed, feeling rather nauseated. To me this meant that the evil communist specter wanted to prevent us from setting up the NTD channels. I told him to recite to himself “Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” while I set up the NTD access for him.
The next day, he was feeling fine. He loved the NTD programs and told his friends about the shows he had watched. Later, I sent him some software, and he was very happy to be able to safely bypass the CCP's Internet blockade and get on the Internet easily.
One night Liu Ming came to my home. After talking about the NTD programs, he said, “Now I agree with what you said.” I replied, “Then, quit the CCP now.” He said that he would. I told him again that it was out of compassion that Teacher asks Falun Dafa practitioners to tell people the facts about Falun Dafa. I explained that my purpose in this was not about belief or going against someone. It was about stopping the persecution and saving lives. Heaven will not allow the evil party to continue to exist. When that happens, you don't want to be a member of that party.
I told him that he could go online to the Epoch Times website and withdraw from the party. He did that and later recommended the software that breaks through the Internet censorship to his friends, so that they too could learn the truth.
