(Minghui.org) I would like to share some experiences in our local area, and how we have felt the warmth of Master's compassion.
Becoming a coordinator
After I was released from detention in 2006 and returned home, I noticed that a lot of practitioners in our local area were slacking off in their cultivation. Most of them were not very steadfast due to their attachment of fear. So I made a suggestion to our local Fa study group, that we should appoint a coordinator so that we can form one-body, improve together and eliminate the old forces' interference.
Some practitioners recommended that I should be the coordinator as I was young and energetic. There were about a dozen practitioners in our group, and most of them were elderly women. They didn't seem to have any objections to me being the coordinator, so I accepted the responsibility. When I got home, I had doubts about whether I could be a good coordinator, and I knew that as a coordinator I must really make a lot of sacrifices for other practitioners.
At the time, the old forces' interference was still very rampant and it wasn't easy to coordinate. My cultivation state wasn't good either, and I thought that I might be persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) at any time. My attachment of fear was very strong and I didn't know how to look inward. I didn't have a deep understanding of the Fa and only viewed problems from the surface.
I kept telling myself that I would do anything as long as it was what Master wanted. However, I felt that my understanding of how to break through the persecution wasn't clear. If one of our practitioners were persecuted, I wouldn't know how to handle it. Thus, I begged Master for help and guidance, “Master, please protect all practitioners in our area and make sure they won't be in any danger.”
Miraculously, Master ensured that no practitioners were harassed or persecuted during the period when I was coordinating the practice site.
The police did threaten to arrest some of us. But when I heard this, I told all of the practitioners in our area to send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the interference. Many practitioners had a very strong attachment to fear, and started to hide their Dafa books and truth-clarification materials, and didn't dare to go out to validate the Fa. They didn't even dare to go to other practitioners' houses. I then decided it was better not to tell other practitioners about such things anymore. After that, when I heard this kind of news, the first thing I did was to ask Master to protect us. Then I would sit down and start sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the interference.
No practitioners were arrested in our area for several years. Also, practitioners improved their understanding of the Fa and elevated their xinxing. We established our own truth-clarification materials production site and Fa-study group. Through sending forth righteous thoughts, clarifying the facts, and producing and distributing truth-clarification materials, we managed to save many sentient beings and improved our environment. Those practitioners who weren't very diligent before started to catch up with the Fa rectification process, those who had stopped cultivating returned to Dafa, and newer practitioners became more mature. All our practitioners were able to feel Master's compassion and experienced the beauty and greatness of Dafa.
Our first materials production site
A local practitioner bought a CD burner and needed to store it in a safe place, but a lot of practitioners still had fear and didn't want to take the risk of setting up a materials production site in their home. Since I didn't know many practitioners in the area, I didn't know who to ask for help. As I was worrying about this matter, one day, I saw a practitioner outside my house. We had met only once before. I started a conversation with her and asked if she was willing to take the responsibility of having a materials production site set up at her house. She said, “Of course. That's what I wanted to do.” We then happily thanked Master for the arrangement.
We later bought another printer and started printing Master's teachings from different Fa conferences and all kinds of truth-clarification materials. Through Fa study, we had improved quickly. We all knew that we needed to distribute more truth-clarification materials to save more people. With this thought, I wanted to get a high-speed printer.
When I asked the practitioner with the materials production site if I could set up a new high-speed printer at her house, she was very pleased but said she needed to speak with her husband first. I told her that we had already had a lot of interference getting this new printer, and if the old forces used her husband to interfere with us, then we could never get the new printer working to save more people. I therefore advised her not to tell her husband until after we set it up. We both agreed and decided to install the new high-speed printer when her husband wasn't home.
On the day we brought the new printer to the practitioner's house, she opened the door and told us that her husband was at home, as he wanted to take a day off work. She asked us, “What should we do now?” I got a little nervous and tried to calm down. I thought to myself that doing Dafa work is most sacred, nothing can interfere with us. I started sending forth righteous thoughts to clear out the old force elements and communicate with her husband. I said to him in my heart: “Your life is created by Dafa. Please support Dafa and blaze a good future for yourself.” Moments later, her husband saw us. He stood up, said hello and came over to help us unload. I then thought that we can't hide the printer from him. So I explained to him what we were trying to do. He wasn't bothered by it and happily helped us unload. The new printer was very heavy. If he hadn't been there to help, we couldn't have unloaded it by ourselves. We really thanked him for his help.
One of the practitioners set up the printer and taught us how to operate it. The husband came over and told us where it was best to put it, so that no one would hear or see us here. I was so moved by his righteousness. His wife said, “Master arranged for him to take the day off to help us.”
The new high-speed printer worked very well and quickly. In one day, it could print lots of truth-clarification materials. We also printed the book the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. To make the book, we first had to print all of the pages, then sort, cut and bind them together, and then add a cover. We used a lot of paper and needed a lot of space to work. We asked practitioner A to come and help us. After we finished printing all the pages, this practitioner then took them home and did the rest.
After the books were made, we sent them out to other practitioners for distribution. When we had extra copies, we would stop and go out to distribute them ourselves. The four of us working at the materials production site all have teenage daughters, who also came out to distribute the books with us. I was very touched by everyone's pure heart to help in Master's Fa-rectification. We had no complaints, but only conviction: Save more sentient beings! Although we still had a lot of fear, with Master's strengthening, we sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the old forces before we went out and always came home safe.
Practitioners overcame many tribulations
Practitioner A has two children. By the time we got the new printer, her second child was only three months old. She had to take care of him, cook and do all the laundry for her family. Additionally, she had to take care of her older child and husband, who is a non-practitioner.
Practitioner B's husband had an extramarital relationship and demanded a divorce. Since her child was still young, she had to take care of him while squeezing time out to send forth righteous thoughts, study the Fa and produce truth-clarification materials. She had never hesitated to do the three things Master asks us to do.
Practitioner C was a new practitioner who had two children. The youngest one was 2 years old and her husband helped to take care of them.
Although practitioners had different tribulations, they never stopped walking their paths to divinity. We encouraged and helped each other through our precious time together. As the Fa-rectification progressed, more and more truth-clarification material production sites started up in our local areas.
As Master said:
“The magnificent Fa and the magnificent epoch are forging the most magnificent Enlightened Beings.” (“The Disciples’ Magnificence” from Essentials For Further Advancement II)
Handing out truth-clarification materials
Some practitioners said that I was not a good coordinator and asked me to step down from the role. I wondered what I would do if I stepped down. Then I thought that I should go out to distribute truth-clarification materials.
I downloaded and printed a lot of materials from the Internet. After allocating some of them to practitioners I kept the rest for myself. I found out I had an attachment, that is, I was willing to clarify the facts to people that I knew, but didn't know what to say to strangers. In order to overcome this attachment, I decided to go the market to talk to people face-to-face because there were many people there. Initially, I always saw my acquaintances at the market. In fact, Master was trying to encourage me to talk to people. When I saw them, after I said hello, I tried to clarify the facts to them and help them quit the CCP. I also gave them some truth-clarification materials before they left. Gradually, it became easier to clarify the facts to strangers.
I wasn’t able to help many quit the CCP at first, but as time went by, more people came to me to quit. I found that people who had read the truth-clarification materials were more likely to quit the party. I knew I had to clarify the facts to those who hadn't read any truth-clarification materials until they fully understood the truth. Since a lot of people hadn't read the materials, my main concern was to distribute them. I would bring 100 to 200 copies of truth-clarification materials with me whenever I went to the market. Oftentimes other practitioners were also there, and they helped me to distribute them. Some people didn't take the materials when they realized they were related to Falun Gong. After I explained the goodness of Dafa to them some were very pleased to take them so that they could read them at home.
I found that people were very concerned with issues such as natural disasters, national affairs, the arrest of Wang Lijun and the heavy rain of meteorites. When I incorporated these topics into our truth-clarification materials, people were more interested in reading them. When I saw just a few people on the street, I would send forth righteous thoughts to clear the old force elements in their minds. Then I asked Master to help send predestined people to me so that I could clarify the facts and save them. Soon, many people came to get materials.
When the Shen Yun DVDs were available, I burned many copies and handed them out to people. For those who didn't have a DVD player, I gave them Shen Yun brochures. As I was handing out the DVDs, I shouted, “Come and take a look. This is the world's top performing arts troupe. The Global Chinese New Year Spectacular. It spreads Chinese traditional culture. The performance is pure. Celebrities and dignitaries around the world pay to watch the show. Now It's free of charge to you.” Some people asked me questions when they took the DVD. I tried my best to answer them. Some people wanted to take more than one copy, saying that they wanted to help me distribute them. I handed out 200 DVDs within a very short period of time.
Calendars were very popular, too. They had illustrations and captions that guide people to live kindly. We also gave them out free of charge. Almost everyone wanted one, even those who didn't take our truth-clarification materials. Unfortunately, we didn't produce enough of them for everyone.
Sentient beings are yearning to be saved. What we are lacking now is manpower and time. Saving people is a very urgent matter and the old forces interference still exists. How to form a more powerful righteous field, save more people, not let Master down and fulfill our mission is our top priority.
