Ms. Qian Guihong was arrested at a market by officers from the Tangchi Town Police Station on August 14, 2013, while exchanging paper bills with Falun Gong messages on them.

4. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Yufang Arrested
Ms. Li Yufang was arrested by officers from the Juchenghe Police Station on the afternoon of July 7, 2013, for speaking to people about Falun Gong. Officers ransacked her home and confiscated three Falun Gong books, two MP3 players, a DVD player, tape recorder, and a set of Falun Gong nine-lecture audiotapes. Ms. Li was released that evening.
5. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Ms. Lu Xiaowei's Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Lu Xiaowei was arrested at her mother's home by officers from the Shoaguo Police Station on the morning of August 12, 2013. Officers confiscated her cell phone, Falun Gong books, and handwritten copies of Falun Gong writings. Her mother, Jicong Qindan, was also arrested. Their whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Chen Fu was arrested by officers from the Dongling District Police Station on the evening of July 19, 2013. He is being held at the Dongling District Detention Center.

7. [Huarong County, Hunan Province] Two Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Li Juping and Ms. Fangsao were arrested on August 13, 2013, for distributing information about the persecution of Falun Gong. They were taken to the Huarong County Detention Center. Ms. Fangsao was released on August 14 after having 3,000 yuan in cash extorted from her.
8. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Hou Baohua Arrested and Detained
Mr. Hou Baohua was arrested by Ji Jingbo from the Mishan Railway Police Station and other officers on July 11, 2013, for speaking to people about Falun Gong. After being held in the Mudanjiang City Detention Center for 29 days, he was taken to the Mishan Brainwashing Center by officers from the Yangmu County Political and Legal Affairs Committee.

Ms. Wang Cuilan was arrested by officers from the Zhuanji Town Police Station on August 13, 2013, for distributing information about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is being held at the Jieshou City Detention Center.
10. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhao Yuzhi Arrested and Sentenced
Ms. Zhao Yuzhi was arrested on October 28, 2012. She was sentenced to three years in prison by the Hexi District Court at the end of January 2013. She is being held in the Tianjin Women's Prison.
11. [Anyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Fan Yaqi Arrested
Ms. Fan Yaqi was arrested at the end of May 2013 for speaking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was recently released.
12. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Fang Wenbao Detained
Mr. Fang Wenbao is a teacher at Hubei College of Finance. She was released from the Beijing Forced Labor Camp but is currently being held in the Wuhan City Yangyuan Brainwashing Center.
13. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Yuxia Arrested and Detained
Ms. Liu Yuxia, 59, is retired from the Tiantie Group Hydropower Plant. She was arrested on August 12, 2013, for distributing Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs in the plant's residential area. Officers confiscated her Falun Gong books and informational materials. She is being held in the Tiecheng Police Station.

Ms. Niu Lihua was arrested and taken to the Shenglijie Police Station on the evening of August 13, 2013, for speaking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Hou Yajuan was arrested by two plainclothes police officers from the Huajia County Police Station on August 13, 2013, while she was working at her family-owned company. She is being held in Rongan.
16. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Liu Jinxiang Arrested and Taken to Brainwashing Center
Ms. Liu Jinxiang, 63, was arrested and taken to the Nanjing Wahda Hotel Brainwashing Center on August 2, 2013.
17. [Shihezi City, Xinjiang Province] Mr. Lu Tao Arrested, Whereabouts Unknown
Mr. Lu Tao has been forced into homelessness for four or five years due to the persecution of Falun Gong. Soon after returning home, he was arrested at the Aluminum Plant on August 7, 2013. His whereabouts are unknown.
