(Minghui.org) One of the first sentences in many of Teacher's lectures is, “You’ve been working hard.” I didn't give much thought to this in the past and sometimes even thought, “I don’t think that I have worked hard.” I thought maybe Teacher was only saying it out of courtesy and as a way to greet us.

When I studied the Fa with fellow practitioners several days ago, one practitioner said: “Teacher works the hardest during Fa-rectification. However, He always says 'You’ve been working hard,' whenever he sees us. Our Teacher is truly benevolent.” At that moment, I finally realized that Teacher's greeting bears a deeper meaning.

The sentence, “You've been working hard,” may seem ordinary. However, there is profound meaning and depth behind it when Teacher says it. It is the Fa and is no longer a simple sentence. Through this sentence, Teacher recognizes our efforts and expects us to work hard. As a practitioner in the Fa-rectification period, one must be working hard. Otherwise, how can we fulfill our prehistoric promise?

I am a coordinator in our local area. Looking back at my cultivation path, I had been passive, puzzled and complacent at times. As a result, I wasted a lot of precious time and missed many opportunities to assist Teacher in rectifying the Fa. I truly feel regret and am ashamed of myself.

As a coordinator, not only do I need to cultivate myself well, but I also need to make sure our group improves as a whole body. Has every practitioner come back to the path of cultivation? Does everyone have a group Fa-study site to join? Does everyone in the group keep up with the pace of Fa-rectification? Does every project to save sentient beings run smoothly? In order to achieve this, the coordinators must work hard, so that we can be worthy of Teacher’s compassionate greeting.

This is my personal understanding. Please point out anything that is inappropriate.
