(Minghui.org) I'm a nine-to-fiver. I only have time after work to print and distribute Dafa materials. It's very hard for me to balance my time among family, Dafa work, and Fa study. My husband does not cultivate and was heavily poisoned by atheism. However, he didn't interfere with my practice because he appreciated that I was healthy and optimistic [after cultivating Dafa]. I explained the truth of Falun Gong, but he wouldn't listen. He thought I was too nice and was easily taken advantage of. He thought all religions were fraudulent. Though I couldn't convince him, I thought I would follow the Dafa principles and, in this way, show him the beauty of Dafa.
I didn't argue with him no matter what he said. I cooked dinner and set the table before he came home. I prepared gifts for his parents for all occasions. I took care of things he may have overlooked. He felt cared for and appreciated my sincerity.
After watching New Tang Dynasty TV programs and reading the Nine Commentaries, my husband has gradually changed his mind. He witnessed the miracles of Dafa when Master gave me hints about the future. Master also protected him twice when his life was in danger. He finally believed that one could only live with the blessings of gods.
One night as I returned home at midnight [after distributing Falun Gong materials], he said, “I'm not telling you what or what not to do. I just hope you care about your safety.” Later, he asked, “What can I do for you? I also want to do something for Dafa.”
I once printed small adhesive signs to help rescue a fellow practitioner [who had been arrested]. I was pressed for time and I wasn't able to polish the corners of the signs. I asked him to help and he did very well. Later he went with me to put up Shen Yun posters and the adhesive signs. He changed printer drums and toners, fixed machines, polished amulets, and drove out of town to buy supplies. He did everything carefully. He said we should expose the evil of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He read the Nine Commentaries carefully and marked the sentences he liked. He told me that I must tell people about the CCP's deceptive lies when I told people the truth of Falun Gong.
I am very grateful to Master. When I follow Master's teachings to cultivate myself, He always gives me the best. My husband has chosen a bright future for himself and I have a relaxed environment to validate Dafa. Thank you, Master, for your compassion to all beings.
In my future cultivation, I will let go of myself, coordinate well, and save more sentient beings.
