(Minghui.org) During an effort to rescue an illegally detained fellow practitioner, practitioners in our area displayed the power of one body and our efforts met with success. This experience showed Dafa's power and Master's compassion.
Just before the Chinese New Year, a fellow practitioner was arrested after removing banners that slandered Falun Gong. These banners had been posted by governmental employees. The arrested practitioner was sent to a detention center. Fellow practitioners in the area immediately jumped into action once word of the arrest got out.
Local practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts and completely denied the old-force arrangements. Information regarding the persecution was collected: arrest, home ransacked, detention, extortion, sent to labor camp, etc.; the details were quickly published on the Internet. The arrested practitioner has family members who also practice Falun Gong, so the family members and local practitioners share their understandings. They went to the responsible agencies and asked for the release of the practitioner and clarified the truth about Falun Gong to the officials. The agencies and policemen involved received letters and telephone recordings about the truth of the persecution as well.
Practitioners inside and outside of China formed a solid whole body, with every practitioner quietly cooperating and contributing however he/she could. The arrested practitioner's family members had very strong righteous thoughts, and let go of human attachments and emphasized the central point correctly: getting the arrested practitioner released is not the ultimate goal, the goal is to clarify the truth and save more sentient beings. The family members went to the police department and other related agencies to clarify the truth, expose the persecution, reminded them of the heavenly law that good is rewarded and evil meets with retribution, and that Falun Gong brings goodness to people.
Facing physical torture, the arrested practitioner showed no fear and completely denied the persecution.
Every righteous thought, phone call, letter and article that clarifies the truth and exposes the persecution destroys the evil in other dimensions. Once the forces that intended to extort money from and imprison the practitioner were dissolved, the manifestation in the human world was weakened. It is just as Teacher tells us: “The evil tries to hide and the wicked ones to flee” in “The Foretelling” from Hong Yin Volume II
Some sentient beings learned the truth of the persecution and were saved. The arrested practitioner's employer sent representatives to the detention center asking for the practitioner to be released. The policemen involved in the arrest avoided being seen. Some of them talked among themselves, saying that the arrest got a lot of publicity, and they had received a lot of letters from Falun Gong practitioners. Through this experience, we can see the importance of exposing the crimes committed by policemen against Dafa practitioners on the Internet. The evil's worst fear is exposure.
Under Master's protection, our efforts met the Fa's requirement, and the evil forces in other dimension were completely dissolved. A week later, the arrested practitioner was released and returned home. Our local practitioners thank Master for His grand compassion. We will be more diligent in cultivation and cooperate better with each other as one body. We will improve together and save more sentient beings.
