(Minghui.org) Four Falun Gong practitioners, including Ms. Zhao Sifang, Mr. Zhou Changsheng, and Ms. Zhou Yukun, who lived in Huayuan Village, Longxi Town, Yubei District, Chongqing, were arrested recently.

A barbershop owner, Ms. Zhao Sifang, and her husband, Mr. Zhou Changsheng, were arrested at home on October 16, 2013. About eight police officers broke into their home and arrested them. The police ransacked the place and confiscated eight CD writers, three computers, three printers, a tablet computer, an MP3 player, Falun Gong books, and informational materials about Falun Gong. The police also confiscated over 300,000 yuan (approximately $49,200). Their young daughter is now on her own.

The police went to Ms. Zhou Yukun's home the same day and arrested her. They ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books, paper currency with messages about Falun Gong printed on it, and an MP3 player.

The same day, the police also went to Huayuan Elementary School and arrested a 72-year-old practitioner and ransacked her home.

The police claimed that they would take the practitioners to a brainwashing center and informed their families that they had to pay 150 yuan (approximately $25) per day.

Ms. Zhao Sifang, Ms. Zhou Yukun, and Mr. Zhou Changsheng have been taken to a brainwashing center located at the Shuangyuyuan Resort and beaten.
