(Minghui.org) On September 22, 2013, practitioners held a petition signature drive in Plaza del Pilar, a famous tourist destination in Zaragoza, Spain, to expose the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) crimes of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.

Local practitioners also demonstrated the Dafa exercises and erected banners with the words, “Strongly condemning the CCP’s live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners,” “Stop persecuting Falun Gong,” and “Falun Dafa is good.” They also set up photo display boards detailing the Chinese regime's crimes against humanity.
Many passersby found it incomprehensible that Falun Gong practitioners in China were being systematically persecuted for cultivating Truthfulness-Compassion- Forbearance. A lot of people gladly signed the petition to show their support for Falun Gong.

“I cannot stand living under the CCP dictatorship”
“Hello! Are all these persecution photos real?” asked a French woman in fluent Chinese. “Yes they are,” said a practitioner, “however, they are only the tip of the iceberg.
“The CCP’s persecution also involves harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and selling them.”
“This is so evil!” the woman exclaimed. “I lived in China for six years, so I know how the Party works. If you say something that they don’t like, they will send you to prison!
“Although I like Chinese culture, I cannot stand living under the CCP dictatorship, so I chose to leave China. Aren't you afraid of drawing the ire of the Party by exposing its crimes like this?”
The practitioner explained: “There are still so many Falun Gong practitioners in China who are being illegally detained and who are at risk of having their organs forcibly removed.
“We want more Chinese people to know the true nature of the Chinese regime so that they don't wind up unwittingly becoming an accomplice to its crimes.”
“Exactly,” said the woman. “And I can help by telling my Chinese friends about the CCP’s crimes against humanity.”
Wheelchair-bound man stands up and walks to sign a petition
Three young men and an elderly wheelchair-bound gentleman carefully read a practitioner’s flier on organ harvesting. After a few minutes, they approached the informational table and asked to sign the petition.
The elderly man appeared very anxious to sign, so the practitioner quickly handed him a petition form. The man leaned forward, and then managed to stand up. After steadying himself, he said angrily: “Only evil people would dare to be involved in live organ harvesting! It is my obligation to help stop this!” He then carefully signed the petition.
The three people accompanying the man were very surprised when they saw this, as the elderly man has severe rheumatoid arthritis, which makes his legs stiff, weak, and deformed.
“Organ harvesting clearly challenges our human dignity”
As a group of tourists from Israel started to read the practitioner’s display boards, a member of the group stopped them.
A practitioner asked him, “Why did you stop them from reading the display boards?” He replied, “Because seeing these persecution photos will evoke painful memories for us.”
The practitioner explained: “I understand the pain and suffering that Jews have experienced in the past. However, do you know that innocent Falun Gong practitioners are being brutally persecuted in China by the CCP for their belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance? Do you know that they are illegally detained in forced labor camps and are often tortured to death?
“From 2000 to 2005, at least 60,000 Falun Gong practitioners were medically tested, killed while they were alive, and used as a living donor bank for China's illegal transplant industry.”
After the Israeli tourists heard this, their hearts became heavy, and some were even moved to tears.
The man said, “We cannot imagine the ruthlessness of the Chinese Communist Party. Organ harvesting clearly challenges our human dignity and thus, we cannot allow such a terribly deviant thing to continue.”
The whole group decided to sign the petition to show their support for Falun Gong. Before leaving, they said, “Keep up the good work!”
