(Minghui.org) In September 2012, about 30 Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned in the fourth ward of the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Changchun, Jilin refused to capitulate to Party demands to give up their beliefs. On Sept 3 and Sept 4, 2012, Li Hong, deputy director of the camp, agreed to let Zhang Xiaohui, a collaborator and guard work with Jin Yingshu and Wu Huimin from the 610 Office in order to torture the practitioners.
Jin and Wu from the 610 Office tortured eight practitioners by tying their limbs onto the four corners of a bed and stretching them as far as possible. The practitioners' buttocks were against the iron bar of the bed and they were not released until they agreed to write statements to renounce Falun Gong.
The eight officers that tortured Falun Gong practitioners include: Ms. Pu Taishu, Ms. Wang Lanying, Ms. Xu Hui, Ms. Liu Jun, Ms. Ming Yanbo, Ms. Zhang Jianying, Ms. Lei Xiuxiang, and Ms. Fei Guiling. Zhang Xiaohui the collaborator, Zhu Dan the captain, Jin Lihua the deputy captain, and guards Ju Ping, Yuan Ying, Feng Xiaochun, worked aggressively to help Jin and Wu tie and stretch the practitioners.

Ms. Wang Lanying is in her 50s and is from Changchun, Jilin. One time she was put on the stretching bed for 36 hours. She was so physically exhausted that she fell unconscious during a brainwashing session afterwards. After she woke up, she clarified the facts of the persecution to the collaborators. She was immediately put on the stretching bed for another 24 hours. From then on, Ms. Wang was not allowed to talk to anyone. Because of the damage inflicted on her, she lost the ability to perform labor. Her legs were very swollen and she was unable to walk freely. In April 2013, she was hospitalized while doing forced labor. She never returned to the forced labor camp after that and her current whereabouts are unknown.
Ms. Lei Xiuxiang is in her 50s and is from Jilin province. As a result of the stretching torture, six of her ten fingers have lost mobility. Eventually she lost the ability to do intensive labor. On January 5, 2013, two days before she was released, guard Wu Yunxiu brutally assaulted her.
Ms. Xu Hui is in her 40s and is from Songyuan, Jilin. She did not renounce Falun Dafa in the two years she was imprisoned. She was put on the stretching bed for six hours with her buttocks slightly touching an iron bar. Because of the torture, she was not able to perform heavy labor as a result. Once, her legs experienced cramps and she almost fell.
Ms. Ming Yanbo is from Jilin and is in her 60s. After she was released from a stretching bed, she was in extreme discomfort and vomited that night. Before the stretching torture, she was able to work. After that, she was unable to work for long periods and often fell unconscious while performing labor. Collaborator Zhang Xiaohui shocked her with an electric baton in July 2012. As a result, her arms and back were covered in bruises. She was put on a stretching bed in September again and her health deteriorated. She was hospitalized and the doctor found that she had a cerebral hemorrhage and a cerebral infarction. Fearing that she might die in the forced labor camp, the guards released her on December 10, 2012.

Ms. Zhang Jianying is from Jilin and is in her 50s. She was healthy before she was put in the labor camp. Due to the torture, she now has diabetic complications. Her blood pressure was as high as 240 mmHg. In October 2012, she was put on a stretching bed. Her health deteriorated and she was released on December 10, 2012.

Ms. Pu Taishu is in her 40s and is from Changchun. She was taken to the forced labor camp in July 2012 and refused to reveal her name. She was registered as “anonymous.” In August 2012, Zhang Xiaohui and Jin Lihua handcuffed Ms. Pu and attached the handcuffs to the highest rail of a double bunk bed. This put extreme strain on her arms and shoulders. At the same time, Zhang and Jin shocked her with electric batons until her skin was burnt all over. In September, Jin Yingshu and Wu Huimin from the 610 Office put her on a stretching bed. Jin and Wu later hung her up with only one hand attached to the high rail of a double bunk bed for over 50 hours. For a year, her husband's requests to visit her were all denied. Her 10-year-old twins were traumatized.
Ms. Liu Jun is from Changchun and is in her 40s. When she arrived at the labor camp, she was forced to stand still for 17 hours every day. Jin Lihua often slapped her and did not allow her to clean up or use the toilet. In September 2012, she was put on a stretching bed. The guards later handcuffed one of her hands to the high rail of a double bunk bed until she lost consciousness due to severe pain. The arm that had to support her body weight was severely injured. She was unable to stand for a long time, but the guards forced her to stand all day to work. Around February 2013, Jin Lihua attempted to force her to sign a statement before she could be released but she refused to cooperate. Jin pulled her hair and beat her.
Ms. Fei Guiling is from Liuhe and is about 43 years old. She was sent to the camp in August 2013 and was put on the stretching bed right away for about 36 hours. Guards attempted to force her to sign statements renouncing Falun Dafa. Zhu Dan often kicked her in the groin and Jin Lihua beat her with a wooden mallet.
This damaged Ms. Fei's legs and she was unable to squat when she used the toilet for almost two months. On February 27, March 15, and March 25 in 2013, Zhang Xiaohui bashed Ms. Fei on three occasions because her “thoughts report” was unsatisfactory. On March 25, Zhang hit Ms. Fei on the back of her head with a baton. When Ms. Fei returned to the workshop, she was unable to perform labor. Saying that she she was a bad influence on others, six guards, including Zhu Dan, Jin Lihua, Zhang Xiaohui, Miao Hui, Ju Ping and Sun Jia dragged her by the hair and limbs to a warehouse. Ms. Fei is still being persecuted in the camp at the time of this report.
