Solemn Declaration
I am approximately 70 years old. My daughter-in-law practices Falun Dafa, which has benefited my whole family. Not only did she recover from pharyngitis and nephritis by practicing Falun Gong, but my health benefited as well.
After the Chinese regime started to persecute Falun Dafa in 1999, my daughter-in-law was illegally detained several times and sentenced to forced labor twice. As a result, since that time my family has had no peace, and my daughter-in-law was forced to be separated from her daughter.
My granddaughter, who has had to grow up without a mother since elementary school, often thought of her mother and cried out for her. My son, being a taxi driver, had no time to take care of me and his daughter. My physical condition gradually deteriorated, and since I did not understand the truth about Falun Gong, under the influence of the regime's slanderous propaganda I began to really dislike it.
Due to the truth clarification from my daughter and other practitioners, I now understand that it is not Falun Dafa but the CCP that is destroying my family by imprisoning good people. I've truly let Falun Dafa and its Master down.
I solemnly declare: "Everything I have said and done that was disrespectful to Dafa and Master is null and void. I believe that Falun Dafa is good, and I support it. I will often recite, 'Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.'"

Solemn Declaration
One of my relatives was illegally detained in 2009 by the police department for practicing Falun Dafa. I went to the police department to bail my relative out. Officers there said, “The only way for you to bail out your relative is to write a guarantee statement for your relative.”
Due to my eagerness to save my relative, and lacking the understanding of the truth, I accepted their requirement and wrote the statement, following every single word they recited.
I now understand the truth and know that Falun Dafa is the righteous law of the universe.
I solemnly declare: "The statement I wrote and all that I have said and done against Dafa is null and void. I will fully support Falun Dafa, and I believe that Falun Dafa is good."
