(Minghui.org) Prior to U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry's visit to Malaysia in October 2013, Falun Gong practitioners in Malaysia called upon President Barack Obama and the U.S. government to reveal the evidence obtained last year regarding the Chinese communist regime's forced organ harvesting, and to no longer remain silent on this issue.

International investigations have revealed that the Chinese regime has systematically imprisoned and killed thousands of Falun Gong practitioners for their organs over the past decade, selling these organs for profit in the transplantation trade.

Falun Gong practitioners in Malaysia held a peaceful rally near the U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur on October 6, 2013. They called on President Obama to publicly urge the Chinese regime to immediately cease harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners in China and end the persecution.

The practitioners also called on the U.S. government to conduct a further investigation into the Chinese regime's crimes against humanity, and to prosecute the perpetrators who have participated in these crimes.

Falun Gong practitioners gathered near the U.S. Embassy in Malaysia to call on the U.S. government to help stop the Chinese regime's persecution of Falun Gong.

According to an exclusive report published by the Epoch Times , U.S. Consulate officials in Chengdu City, China, were handed confidential documents disclosing forced organ harvesting when former Chongqing police chief and deputy mayor Wang Lijun fled to the consulate on February 6, 2012.

Wang Lijun's documents contained critical information about top communist officials' involvement in the persecution of Falun Gong. The majority of these documents have not been disclosed to the public by the U.S. government.

Mr. Jason Ong read a letter from Falun Gong practitioners in Malaysia to the U.S. government at the rally.

In the letter, practitioners called upon the U.S., the world's leading defender of human rights, to play a more active role in stopping the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China—the most horrific persecution in the history of mankind—and to no longer remain silent on the issue.

The letter was submitted to the U.S. Embassy in Malaysia after the assembly.

Mr. Chia, a Falun Gong practitioner at the rally, reiterated that a regime that has gone so far as to kill innocent people for their organs cannot be considered a legitimate government. He urged the international community, including the U.S., to do more to help stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.
