(Minghui.org) Ms. Zhang Fengying, the mother of an Australian resident, was arrested in Beijing on November 25, 2012, for practicing Falun Dafa, a spiritual practice banned in China. Ms. Zhang has been unlawfully incarcerated for weeks in the Changping Detention Center in Beijing. Her family in China was not allowed to visit her, even during the New Year. Her daughter Lisa is worried about her mother's situation and has been under tremendous mental pressure since the abduction took place. During the New Year, Lisa went to the Chinese Consulate in Sydney to protest the abduction of her mother, call for her immediate release, and to expose the Chinese regime's human rights violations.

Seventeen years ago, Ms. Zhang was introduced to Falun Dafa. Shortly after she began the practice, all of her illnesses disappeared. Ms. Zhang followed the principles of the practice, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to become a better person. On July 20, 1999, the Chinese regime launched a brutal persecution. The CCP mobilized all state media to instigate hatred against Falun Gong. It abused the police and justice systems to arrest, imprison, torture, and brainwash Falun Dafa practitioners.
Knowing that it would put her life in danger, Ms. Zhang still tried to tell people around her the truth of the persecution. The arrest on November 25 last year was Ms. Zhang's fourth arrest and incarceration. Each time she has suffered relentless torture. Regardless of the guards' threats and torture, Ms. Zhang still clarified the facts of the persecution to the prisoners around her and told them the benefits of practicing Falun Dafa.
Being in Australia and a Falun Dafa practitioner herself, Lisa cannot return to China and help rescue her mother. The only thing she can do is to let more people in Australia and the world know that her mother and millions of other Falun Dafa practitioners in China are suffering groundless evil persecution. She wants people to see the CCP's evil nature and help stop these heinous crimes.
