Greetings to practitioners at the Minghui website.
After reading the article “A Reminder on Watching the NTDTV Programs” published today on the Minghui website, I felt the seriousness of the matter.
My name is Shi Tao. I came across similar situations at the New York Conference, the Washington DC Conference, and in other places. Many practitioners watched my programs “Today's Focus” and “Shi Tao Review” on NTDTV and heatedly discussed them. Many practitioners said to me: “I watch every program of yours. They are really good.” I felt very uncomfortable after hearing this.
Falun Dafa practitioners must study the Fa. These programs on NTDTV are produced for non-practitioners. They are an integrated part of the whole truth-clarifying program. These programs are only a manifestation of our cultivation state and our enlightenment. They are only part of a project for Dafa practitioners to validate the Fa. I worry about my own cultivation state. I find it very difficult to change myself. I am not able to genuinely cultivate myself according to the requirements of Master (that I could have enlightened to). The Fa is clearly there but in reality I am still very stubborn and attached to myself. The selfishness from the old cosmos is alive deep down in my bones. I constantly feel helpless.
I know more and more people are watching my programs. On the one hand I am very happy that my efforts are not in vain, but on the other hand I am afraid that my words are not on the Fa. When I feel good, I could unconsciously say things not on the Fa. This is no joke. When I say things unconsciously, I mean that I don't look within and am totally unaware of my own shortcomings.
Based on the above understanding, when I read this other practitioner's article, I feel that I am unable to bear the consequences.
I sincerely hope that the practitioners at the Minghui website can help me to clarify this to practitioners: only by studying the Fa can Dafa disciples keep up with the Fa-rectification process and that is a Dafa disciple's mission. In order to save sentient beings, practitioners work on different projects. These projects are part of their cultivation. The programs practitioners make should not take up other practitioners' time to study the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts. Practitioners inside China should treasure this time and their Fa study environment even more. How is it possible that practitioners inside China have time to discuss those programs in such a difficult environment? The chance for cultivation as well as the time is so precious. If any consequences arise from this, I myself would also be shocked. I could bear any consequences caused by my programs. I cannot take responsibility for any other practitioner's shortfalls.
I hope practitioners at the Minghui website can help me so that every practitioner will put their time and energy into saving sentient beings in this final stage of Fa-rectification.
