(Minghui.org) I am a woman living in a rural area in Shandong Province. I work on a farm with my husband. I have suffered from several diseases such as chronic gastroenteritis, cystitis, bone hyperplasia, and migraines. To treat these diseases I borrowed a lot of money from relatives and friends and accumulated a large debt. One night around the same time, I received bad news about the financial situation of my already impoverished family as well.
That night, I suddenly experienced unbearable abdominal pain. I was taken to the hospital by my family and diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer. My right kidney had tumors and the left kidney had ruptured. My family begged the hospital to let me stay there for treatment. A doctor said, "You'd better leave the hospital and go home. She has no more than twenty days to live and will die soon." After returning home, I lay down in my bed. While suffering from pain, I was thinking about the possibility that I would soon die. I was reluctant to leave my husband and children. I was in anguish and despair. I did not want to die and really wanted to keep on living. My children prepared a shroud for me in tears. That evening, I cried in secret and said to the heavens, "Heaven, if you really have a spirit, please appear. If you can cure my illness, I will become your humble servant.”
Heaven heard my pitiful begging, because a few days later, a Falun Dafa practitioner in my village came to me. She said, "Only Falun Dafa can save you now. Please practice it.” I could not believe anyone was capable of saving my life at this point. Anyway, I was a dying person, so I decided to try it. The next day, the practitioner gave me the book Zhuan Falun. When I saw the cover of this book, I had a feeling that this was what I was looking for. Finally, I had found it!
I never studied in a normal school situation, and so, I was at a low level of literacy. I asked my daughter to read the book to me and teach me to read better. I studied it hard. I was still sick and suffered from diarrhea and vomiting. One day my stool contained blood and pus. I was fearful when I saw this and asked the fellow practitioner why. She told me, "You have a great predestined relationship with Falun Dafa. This is an indication that Master is purifying your body. Come join us at our practice site to do the exercises and study the Fa. "
At the practice site, several fellow practitioners studied the Fa and performed the Falun Dafa exercises together. We shared our thoughts and experiences. My condition seemed to have improved and my face looked better day after day. I did not need to take any more medicine and my spirits improved. My body became strong. I could ride a bicycle to go shopping and performed normal household tasks, cooking, and cleaning. When doing my chores I did not feel tired. All of my diseases were gone! In fewer than twenty days, I not only survived, but also became completely healthy. Falun Dafa really is extraordinary! The villagers were surprised to see that my cancer was gone. They wanted to know which hospital had cured my illness. I told them that no hospital and no medicine cured my illness, but that Falun Dafa did.
I have never since needed any medicine, not even a single pill, but I am still in good health. My gratitude to Master is beyond words. Master gave me a second life, what shall I do in return? Our master wants no reward, he only wants us to cultivate with good hearts.
Over the last decade, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has arrested me and extorted money from my family. They harassed my family several times, trying to force me to give up my belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. I did not waver in my determination in cultivation at all. I would like to tell others that Falun Dafa teaches people to be good. It is Falun Dafa that saved my life.
