(Minghui.org) Ms. Zhao Guihua was unlawfully taken to court and tried by the District Court of Liaoning Province (http://www.minghui.org/mh/articles/2012/5/1/256515.html), as reported by a Minghui correspondent on May 1, 2012. Ms. Zhao’s family agreed to the Court's terms and conditions in order to be able to take her home for care, as she was very ill. However, after her release, the authorities took Ms. Zhao back to the Jinzhou Detention Center, where she continues to be persecuted.

Ms. Zhao Guihua, who lived in Hongshilingtun, Dayetun Village, Longgou Township, Yi County, Liaoning Province, was taken to the Jinzhou Detention Center on December 19, 2011. In early January 2012, she was locked in a solitary confinement cell because she would not cooperate with the police. While detained, she endured repeated abuse which led to her health drastically deteriorating.

In mid-March 2012, Ms. Zhao was secretly arraigned by the Criminal Court of Yi.

At the end of April 2012, the Court, without any legal proceedings, such as informing Ms. Zhao's family, secretly tried her. She tried to defend herself during the trial. However, the end result of the trial remained a secret.

As Ms. Zhao was very sick, the Court negotiated with her family that she could go home under the condition that she could not contact any Falun Gong practitioners, and had to keep her return home a secret. After she was released, she didn't go home; instead she lived with a relative.

Soon after, Ms. Zhao was taken by the police back to the Jinzhou Detention Center where she is being further persecuted.

When Ms. Zhao's relative asked the court officer, “She was just released. Why was she taken back again?” He said: “It’s because she was given a light sentence.”

In order to frame Ms. Zhao, the Court and the public security organizations that were directly involved in her persecution tried to plan another arrest to further persecute her. Their exact plan is not yet known.

Prior to this incident, Falun Gong practitioner Jiang Yan was also taken back to the Women's Prison of Liaoning. As a result, she is now forcefully being kept there and, to date she is still being persecuted in jail.
