(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 25 cities or counties in 12 provinces. In this report, 6 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 37 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Cheng'e Arrested
Ms. Sun Cheng'e, from Anshan City, was recently arrested by officers from the Xingsheng Police Station, Tiexi. She is now being held at the Anshan City First Detention Center.
2. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Jinzhi Held in the Jinzhou City Detention Center
Ms. Wang Jinzhi, 55, was arrested by officers from the police station at the Jinzhou City Railway Station, when clarifying the truth on April 29, 2012. She was taken to the Jinzhou City Police Department and is currently being held in the Jinzhou City Detention Center.
3. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Xianbin Arrested
On the afternoon of May 2, 2012, Wu Shuqi and other officers from the Domestic Security Division, Qiaodong District, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, arrested Mr. Liu Xianbin, who was working at the time.
4. [Laiyuan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Fang Jiqing and Mr. Sun Lianbang Arrested

On March 3, 2012, Ms. Li Zhifen and Ms. Yang Guizhen, from Xinxiang City, Henan Province, were reported when they were clarifying the truth. They were arrested and their whereabouts are unknown.
6. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Arrested
On May 3, 2012, Ms. Li, in his 50s, from Chengde City, Hebei Province, was arrested when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials on the street.
7. [Tang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Xu Shengqin Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Xu Shengqin, at Tang County, Hebei Province, is in her sixties. On the morning of April 8, 2012, she was arrested by local police officers in Wangdu County when she was clarifying the truth at the Hebao Village, Hebao Township, Wangdu County. She was detained at the Wangdu County Detention Center. On April 26, 2012, she was taken to the Hebei Province Women's Labor Camp.

8. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Mr. Jin Jilin Taken to the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center

9. [Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Wang Xingmei Arrested
On the night of March 24, 2012, practitioner Ms. Wang Xingmei, was arrested by officers from the Nanhu Police Station, Jiaxing City, when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials in the rural area of Jiaxing City. She is currently being held at a detention center.
10. [Xintai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wu Yuhui Arrested
Ms. Wu Yuhui, from Mingzhu District, Xintai City, 39, was arrested by police officers from Xintai and Tai'an City on April 27, 2012. Her husband Mr. Cao, was also arrested at the same time.
11. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Mr. Ma Xiuzeng Arrested
Ms. Gong Dianmei, from Chengguan Street, was arrested at the end of April 2012. Mr. Ma Xiuzeng's wife and Ms. Fu Liqin were also arrested on Dongcheng Street.
12. [Zhuolu County, Hebei Province] Ms. Wu Xiumei, Ms. Li Yuling and Ms. Hu Yufeng Arrested
On the morning of April 16, 2012, Ms. Wu Xiumei, Ms. Li Yuling, and Ms. Hu Yufeng, from Zhuolu County, were reported by Guo Wanming, a security staff member of the Guozhuang Village when they were clarifying the truth. They were arrested by officers from the East Xiaozhuang Township and were taken to the Zhuolu County Police Department Domestic Security Division, and their homes were ransacked. At 8:00 p.m that night, the three practitioners were released back home.

Ms. Hu Suqing, from Tiangezhuang, Funing County, Hebei Province, was arrested by officers from the Xinzhai Police Station, when she was clarifying the truth in Daxinzhai Town.
14.[Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Liu Muyu and Ms. Li Zhonghua Arrested
Ms. Liu Muyu, in her 70s, and Ms. Li Zhonghua, in her 80s, were arrested by officers from the Chengnan Road Police Station when they were clarifying the truth. At 7:00 p.m. that night, her home was ransacked. Her husband, a non-practitioner was also arrested.

16. [Pingjiang County, Henan Province] Ms. Mao Zhaohua and Mr. Chen Guangming Arrested
On the night of May 2, 2012, Ms. Mao Zhaohua, 48 years old, Mr. Chen Guangming, 35 years old, from the Pingjiang County, Hunan Province, were arrested by officers from local police stations. They are now held at the county detention center.

On the morning of May 4, 2012, Ms. Li Kunju, from Dingping Town, Lingshui County, Guang'an City, was arrested at home by a few officers form the police station. She was taken to the Wusheng County Brainwashing Center, Guang'an City.

18. [Xianning City, Hubei Province] Ms. Tao Xizhen and Ms. Yang Xiaohua Arrested While Ms. Zheng Xinghua Forced to Leave Home to Avoid Arrest
On the morning of May 3, 2012, Ms. Tao Xizhen, a retired employee of Xianning City Construction Company, was arrested by officers from the Xianning City 610 Office and City Police Department. At the same time, they also arrested practitioner Ms. Yang Xiaohua, the owner of the Blue Sky Supermarket, on Xianning City Road. The two practitioners are currently being held in a detention center.
In addition, Ms. Zheng Xinghua was again harassed on the night of May 3, 2012, at the blood bank in Xianning City, and has become homeless to avoid arrest.

On the evening of April 24, 2012, Ms. Chen Shaomei, from Zhanjiang City, was arrested by officers from the Zhanjinag City 610 Office, Mazhang District 610 Office and the Mazhang Police Department.
21. [Xingren County, Guizhou Province] Ms. Qin Yufen Again Arrested
On the evening of April 13, 2012, over ten officers from the Xingren County Police Department, arrested Ms. Qin Yufen, Ms. Wang Zhengdi, and Ms. Wang Dengqiao, and ransacked their homes. They are currently being held in the Xiguan Prison.
22. [Guang'an City, Sichaun Province] Ms. Chen Wanqiong Taken to a Brainwashing Center
On the morning of May 4, 2012, Li Qingchen, an officer from the Wansheng Neighborhood Administration Office, Wansheng Street, Gang'an District, together with some other police officers, pried open a door of Ms. Chen Wangqiong's home and arrested her. She was taken to the Wusheng Brainwashing Center, Guang'an City.
23. [Lingshui County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Bao Mingquan Taken to Brainwashing Center
On the afternoon of May 4, 2012, Ms. Bao Mingquan, a resident of Lingshui County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province was taken to the Wusheng County Brainwashing Center, Guang'an City by Yu Bizhen, Lingshui County Police Department, who was tracking her.
24. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xu Lanying and Ms. Liu Guangzhen Arrested
On the morning of May 4, 2012, Ms. Xu Lanying and Ms. Liu Guangzhen, both 72 years old, in Wuhan City, were arrested by officers from the Zhonghua Road Police Station together with officers from the Xiongchu Community.
25. [Luan County, Hebei Province] Ms. Xue Yanqing and Ms. Liu Jianping Arrested
Ms. Xue Yanqing and Ms. Liu Jianping, from Ciyutuo Village, Luan County, Hebei Province, was arrested by officers from the Bachiggang Town when she was posting truth-clarifying materials there on April 23, 2012. She is now being held at the Luannan County Detention Center.
26. [Nanhua County, Yunnan Province] Additional Information on Mr. Luo Jiangping and Ms. Zhang Jimei
On the afternoon of April 11, 2012, Mr. Luo Jiangping and Ms. Zhang Jimei, practitioners from Miyi County, Sichuan Province, were tried at the Nanhua County Court, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. They were sentenced to three and a half years in prison and four and a half years in prison individually.
