(Minghui.org) In the afternoon of May 29, 2012, the Jixi City Police, agents from the State Security Division and 610 Office, and officers from the Chengzihe Police Department and the Jidong Police Department separately arrested numerous Falun Gong practitioners. The following is information about the arrests.
1. Wang Qi was arrested after 1 p.m. in a repair shop.
2. Li Haiyan was arrested after 3 p.m. at his mother's home. His mother and two others were arrested as well.
3. Cheng Wenting from Dongshan was arrested in the afternoon.
4. Gu Aimin was arrested in Donghaikuang by agents from Chengzihe State Security.
5. Guo Changyu from Jidong was arrested at home.
6. Li Jinpeng from Jidong was arrested around 6 p.m. at home. Of the people who arrested him, one person called himself a police station director and under him were four others, of which one person's name was He Wenqing; there were four more people from the Yongan Police Department. They also took away one computer.
7. Zhao Bin from Donghaikuang was arrested at work by police officer Liu Zhizheng and others from the Chengzihe District Police Department. They police then ransacked his home. There was another practitioner who was arrested at the same time.
8. A Falun Gong practitioner from Mishan with the last name Yao was arrested in Jixi in the afternoon.
9. Gu Aimin was arrested in Donghaikuang by Chengzihe State Security agents.
10. Guo Changyu from Jidong was arrested at home by police in the evening. Currently, her mother-in-law is taking care of her home.
11. Around 10 p.m. on May 27, Jidong Falun Gong practitioner Shi Xiaochun was arrested while putting up a banner. Then at midnight, the police went to ransack her home. In the afternoon of May 29, the police also ransacked the room that Ms. Shi rents.
The following practitioners were also arrested; no further information is known at this time.
