(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 6 provinces. According to this report, two practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 17 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Beijing] Ms. Gan Liping Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Gan Liping is from Beijing. She was arrested on January 25, 2011, and was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor. She is being held at the Beijing Women’s Forced Labor Camp.
2. [Shenyang City, Jilin Province] Mr. Meng Yue Arrested on March 9 by Officers from Nanhu Police Station in Heping District
3. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Fengwei Detained
Ms. Li Fengwei, 40, is from Changchun City. While clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa, she was arrested by a Nanguan District patrol officer on the morning of March 4, 2012. On March 5, she was taken to the No. 3 Detention Center in Changchun City.
4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yu Guiqi Arrested
Ms. Yu Guiqin is from Changchun City. She was arrested at the end of February, 2012. She is being held at the Weizigou Detention Center.
5. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Chen Erling and Her Mother Arrested at Home on March 2, 2012.
6. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Yufen Taken to a Brainwashing Center
Ms. Li Yufen is from the Xinhua District, Shijiazhuang City. She was arrested on the morning of March 8, 2012 by officers from the 610 Office in Xinhua District, Hezuo Road Police Station, and Hezuo Road Residential Committee. Now she is being held in the brainwashing center located inside the Shijiazhuang Labor Camp on Taihua Street.

7. [Beijing] Mr. Guo Haishan Arrested
Mr. Guo Haishan is from Xiangying Village, Xiangying Town, Yanqing County, Beijing. He was arrested while distributing Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. The officers ransacked his home.
8. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Ms. Meng Zhaomei and Mr. Ge Guangyi Arrested
Ms. Meng Zhaomei, 60, was arrested at her home in Changle Agriculture Bank Residential Apartments, by officers from the Domestic Security Division on March 5, 2012. The police confiscated her Falun Dafa books and other personal belongings. Mr. Ge Guangyi, an employee of the Changle Clothing Factory, was arrested at his home by officers from the Domestic Security Division on March 6, 2012. His home was ransacked. Ms. Meng and Mr. Ge are being held at the Changle County Detention Center.

9. [Jiaonan City, Shandong Province] Four Practitioners including Ms. Lu Hongqin Arrested
Ms. Lu Hongqin, Mr. Geng Dexiao, and another practitioner from Fajia Village, Liuwang Town, Jiaonan City, were arrested by officers from Liuwang Police Station on March 2, 2012.
On March 6, Mr. Li Qibin, a physician from Jiaonan City Women and Children's Health Center, was arrested at home by police.
10. [Beijing] Mr. Mao Jiudong and Ms. Yang Lufen Arrested
Mr. Mao Jiudong is from Shuiyu Village, Jugezhuang Town, Miyun County, Beijing. He was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division and 610 Office of Miyun County. His home was also ransacked. At the same time, Ms. Yang Lufen and her daughter were arrested and are being held at the Miyun Detention Center.

11. [Chifeng City, Mongolia] Hao Ping Detained
Mr. Hao Ping is from the Hongshan District of Chifeng City. Mr. Hao was arrested at home by two officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Hongshan District and officers from Tienan Police Station on March 8, 2012. He is being held at the Hongshan District East Detention Center.
12. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Yuzhu and Her Sister Liu Yushan Arrested
Ms. Liu Yuzhu and her sister, Ms. Liu Yushan, were arrested by officers from the Badahu Police Station in the South District on the afternoon of March 8. The two practitioners are being held in the Dashan Detention Center.
