(Minghui.org) Zhao Xichao, 49, was deputy head of the Nong'an County Police Department in Jilin Province. He died suddenly at home on March 11, 2012.
Before 2002, while he was the head of Yangshulin township, Nong'an County, Zhao Xichao closely followed the Chinese Communist Party in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. In late 1999, practitioners Che Guizhen, Zhang Hongxian, Yang Shumei, and Wang Qibo were watching videos of Master's Lectures. They were extorted of 2000 yuan by Zhao Xichao and his gang of thugs. Wang Qibo, Yang Shumei, Wang Shuqing were sentenced to one year of forced labor.
In January 2001, practitioners Hou Tianjun and his wife went to Beijing to appeal. They were extorted of 15,000 yuan by Zhao and his gang. Mr. Hou had no money, so Zhao sold his food, four wheeler used for farming, and his television. Mr. Hou and his wife were detained in a detention center.
In 2001, practitioners Yang Shumei and Liu Jiqin spread the truth about the persecution to the public. They were put into a labor camp by Zhao. Shortly after the practitioners were persecuted, evildoing police officers Ren Wanxi and Wang Mingzhang, who both frequently participated in mistreating practitioners, had a car accident while they were on business. Both of them died.
In 2003, Zhao Xichao was appointed as deputy head of the county police department in charge of the domestic security team. He used his position and every opportunity to persecute practitioners.
On September 26, 2007, the domestic security team arrested dozens of practitioners under Zhao’s command. They were later illegally sentenced, with the longest term being over 18 years.
Even though Zhao Xichao did all kinds of evil, practitioners kept kindly writing letters to him and asking him to change his behavior. He stubbornly persisted in committing crimes.
Many people who closely followed the Party to carry out the persecution have already received retribution.
Security Guard Yang Aimin Beats Practitioners, Dies Within Six Hours
Yang Aimin was only 42 years old. He was a security guard for a bodyguard company in Xishui County, Hubei Province.
Around November 2005, agents from the Xishui County 610 Office, along with the domestic security team, arrested twelve practitioners and sent them to the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center in Hubei Province.
Fang Yongming, who was the head of the 610 Office, and Feng Aiguo, who was team leader of the Domestic Security Team, handpicked security guards from the bodyguard company to monitor the practitioners. Yang Aimin was one of them. Yang participated in persecuting practitioners, and beat practitioner Zhang Yonghong.
On March 7, 2012, Yang Aimin suddenly had a cerebral hemorrhage. Even though he was taken for emergency rescue, he died in less than six hours.
