(Minghui.org) Ms. Fang Yunbao, a retired teacher from Hubei College of Finance and Economics, was in Beijing to take care of her two-and-a-half-year-old granddaughter. Zhang Wupeng, Zhao Sichen, and other officers from Xisanqi Police Station in Beijing broke into her home on the evening of November 2, 2012 and ransacked it. They confiscated her Dafa books, truth clarification materials, two laptop computers, two printers, and a DVD burner. Zang Yucheng forcibly arrested Ms. Fang and detained her at the Haidian Detention Center.
When the police went to Ms. Fang's home, her husband Mr. He Chenyong was out with his daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. When they returned home the next day, Ms. Feng was not there, and their house was in a mess with cigarette butts and gum on the floor. Upon seeing the situation at home, Mr. He collapsed on the ground and started vomiting. He lost consciousness on November 4 and was taken to the emergency center. He is still in a coma.
Ms. Fang was sentenced to a two and a half-year prison term on November 27, 2012 by the Beijing police. She is still being held at the Haidian Detention Center. Her children went there several times to ask for her release, but their requests were denied.
Ms. Fang started practicing Falun Dafa in 1995. She benefited from the practice both mentally and physically, and her illnesses all soon disappeared. She worked very hard and was kind to everyone around her. She was highly respected by her students and colleagues.
Officer Yang Shuwei from Luojiashan Police Station arrested Ms. Fang on January 10, 2001, and took her to the notorious Hewan Forced Labor Camp in Wuhan. She was persecuted there for one and a half years.
She was taken to the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center in November 2002. Within just a few days of being there, she suffered a stroke as a result of the persecution, and became paralyzed.
Yang Chong, the party secretary from Ms. Fang's school, tricked her into going to his office on September 27, 2007, where officers from Jialuoshan Police Station were waiting for her. She was arrested and taken to the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center again. Meanwhile, they ransacked her house and detained her husband at Ms. Fang's workplace.
