(Minghui.org) Officers from Jinxian County Domestic Security Division in Jiangxi Province recently planned another round of arrests of Falun Gong practitioners. Under their instruction, Lidu Police Station head Zhi Yuhua led a group of officers to break into the homes of three local practitioners on July 23, 2012. They ransacked the practitioners' homes and arrested them. Ms. Li Fanglan and Ms. Wu Chunling were taken to the Nanchang County Brainwashing Center, and Ms. Wan Juhua was taken to the Jinxian County Detention Center. The next day, July 24, a fourth practitioner, Ms. Zou Liumei, was deceived into going to the police station at noon and taken into custody. We have learned that Ms. Li Fanglan was subjected to forced labor.

The following are details of the persecution the four practitioners have been subjected to:

Ms. Li Fanglan

Ms. Li Fanglan, around 55 years old, has been subjected to threats, extortion, and detention many times by local police and 610 Office agents. She has also been senetenced to forced labor three times. She was brutally tortured during her second forced labor term of three years. The guards injected her with drugs that damage the central nervous system, causing her to be in a confused state of mind. As a result, she was in pain, had persistent headaches, and lost her memory. She muttered to herself and her hair turned grey. Later, with her strong belief in Dafa, she refused to comply with any of the guards' orders, and she was released. After she resumed her study of the Falun Dafa teachings and exercises, her symptoms were alleviated, but she still hadn't fully recovered. She was then arrested again.

Ms. Li Fanglan was given 18 months of forced labor and sent to the Jiangxi Province Women's Forced Labor Camp in September 2012.

Ms. Wan Juhua

Sixty-five-year-old Ms. Wan Juhua is still being held in the Jinxian County Detention Center. Her husband passed away many years ago. She has to look after her mother-in-law, who is nearly 90 years old and unable to take care of herself. Whenever her mother-in-law soils the bed, she cleans it up without complaint. Because she is kind and compassionately and dutifully takes care of her mother-in-law, her husband's brothers and sisters deeply respect Ms. Wan. Her neighbors have praised her for her kindness and filial piety. During this recent arrest, her home was ransacked, and the police confiscated her notebook computer, printer, and thousands of yuan she needed for living expenses.

Ms. Zou Liumei

Ms. Zou Liumei, 61, was previously detained four times, and sentenced to a two-year forced labor term. The local Domestic Security Division officers, 610 Office agents, and police also extorted money from her many times; her total loss is at least 100,000 yuan.

At noon on July 24, 2012, Lidu Police Station officers deceived her into going to the police station. The police then climbed over the exterior wall to her home, entered, and ransacked it.

Ms. Zou's husband went to the local Domestic Security Division many times to demand her release. When he asked division head Han Guochang to show him any legal document to justify his wife's arrest, Han couldn't find anything, and said, “How do you expect me to have it?” Her husband then went to the Political and Legal Committee to demand her release. He asked deputy head Wu to show him their legal basis for arrest, but Wu couldn't present anything, and said he didn't understand the question. Then the officers began dodging her family members, or locked their office doors.

Ms. Wu Chunling

Ms. Wu Chunling, 45, has been persecuted many times since the communist regime started the persecution. She was once unjustly sentenced to sever years in prison. Her family was torn apart, and her physical health was extremely weak due to the hard labor.

Less than one year since she was released from prison, the county Domestic Security Division officers arrested her again and held her in a brainwashing center to force her to give up her belief in Falun Gong. She was severely physically abused. The brainwashing center officers eventually released her in early September 2012.
