(Minghui.org) The Thai Modern Cuisine Festival was held October 6-14, 2012, in Mentone Thani, Thailand. Local Falun Gong practitioners seized the opportunity to introduce Falun Dafa to the public at the event.
Practitioners set up a booth, passed out truth-clarifying materials, and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises each afternoon during the event. They also explained the principles of Falun Dafa and clarified the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Many tourists expressed interest in learning the exercises. Some bought Falun Gong books and asked for contact information for the local exercise sites. Some also learned the exercises at the festival.
