Kechuangyuan Police Station director Feng Huilin, deputy director Ren Qianlai, and about 30 people from the Yuantong Community police office and village committee surrounded the home of Mr. Gao Yinli's son, Mr. Gao Bing, after 6:00 p.m. on November 7, 2011.
