Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they too be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
The Deputy Director of the 610 Office in the Xinzhou District, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province Died
Fan Huiming, the deputy director of the Xinzhou District 610 Office in Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, died suddenly on November 28, 2011. At 4 a.m., he experienced a seizure and was dead before the doctor arrived at his home. He was 45 years old. He was very healthy and had no unusual symptoms before going to bed that night. He aggressively participated in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners.
After taking office as the deputy director of the 610 Office in the Xinzhou Government of Xinzhou City in Shanxi, Fan Huiming followed the CCP's orders. He aggressively participated in arrests and illegal detention of Falun Dafa practitioners. He sent them to forced labor camps and brainwashing centers. He opened four brainwashing centers and tried to force the “transformation” of practitioners in less than a month. He ordered other committees and officers to harass practitioners. Practitioners refused to submit to such persecution and clarified the truth to these people. They did not listen to the truth and persecuted practitioners more severely, saying that they had to do it as ordered by their superiors. Sometimes they resorted to threats and bribery or gave practitioners' relatives or company ultimatums.
Fan Huiming went to practitioners' homes to do the “transformation” work personally. He tried to threaten practitioners to write the three statements and give up practicing Falun Dafa, otherwise they would be sent to a brainwashing center. He threatened to ruin the business of a Falun Dafa practitioner if he did not go to a brainwashing center. He forced that practitioner to go to a brainwashing center to be “transformed.” He then went to the home of an officer, who was also a practitioner, and told him, “The relationship between Falun Dafa and the Chinese Communist Party is like a stone and an egg.” The practitioner said, “Falun Dafa is the stone and the CCP is like the egg.” He sputtered, “You are against the CCP!”
Fan Huiming cooperated with the CCP and persecuted practitioners for his personal gain. Forced “transformations” and not allowing people to practice Falun Dafa are actually criminal acts. As a result, Fan Huiming did not realize the retribution awaiting him as a result of his behavior.
Kong Shixiong, a Party Secretary of Dali Town in Guangdong Province, Died
Kong Shixiong was a Party Secretary of Dali Town in the Nanhai District of Foshan City in Guangdong Province. He followed Jiang's orders to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. He did not listen to Dafa practitioners' truth clarification following July 20, 1999. Although previously quite healthy, he died of a sudden heart attack on October 25, 2011. He was just 56 years old. As a result of his following the CCP, his wife and child are now on their own.
