Falun Dafa Saved Me Many Times

(Clearwisdom.net) I am a Falun Dafa practitioner from Jilin Province. My wife, who had been ill for a long time heard about Falun Dafa and borrowed a copy of the book Zhuan Falun from her friend. She joined the practice in 1996.

She became healthy and benefited greatly from practicing Falun Dafa. My mind was poisoned by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and thus I had turned into an atheist. I did not believe the existence of divine beings or Buddhas. In addition, I was a CCP member, former soldier and village cadre, which was the fundamental reason for me not believing in anything I could not see. At that time, I was suffering from keratitis, varicose veins and other illnesses.

When my wife began to practice Falun Dafa, I went with her to group study and listened to the Fa. I also benefited and experienced karma elimination. For example, I had diarrhea on my way home from the group study and it was very uncomfortable, though I felt very good the next day.

I began to enter the practice and studied Zhuan Falun. I could not put the book Zhuan Falun down once I began to read it. I read the book three times and felt that I had finally found what I had been looking for throughout my life.

Shortly after starting the practice, I drove down a hill. The car overturned, and I was thrown out of the car. But I was barely hurt. There was just a bulge on my arm. The next day I listened to the Fa. I could feel that Falun was spinning in my body, and I could hear a whirring sound of the spinning. Unconsciously the bulge disappeared. I was fully convinced.

When I began to practice Dafa, the local practice site was about 2.5 kilometers from my home. More than ten people came to the practice sites, including teachers and village cadres. I saw the site surrounded by red light when we were doing exercises. After the exercise, I shared my experience with fellow practitioners. These experiences strengthened my confidence in the cultivation practice.

The keratitis and varicose veins disappeared after I began to practice Falun Dafa. Since then I practiced more diligently. Master let me see and feel many beautiful scenes in other dimensions. I floated upwards when meditating once and could see what was happening in different dimensions. I saw that every word in Zhuan Falun is golden and glitters. Once, I even saw Master did guanding for me during meditation. When I slept, I floated up with the blanket on top of me. After I practiced for two months, I could feel the Falun rotating and moving in my lower abdomen. After a few months into the practice, some people mistook me for my younger brother as I looked much younger.

My neighbors' child played with fireworks and started a fire. People wondered if a practitioner's house would be saved from the fire and some remarked that they would begin to practice Falun Gong if the practitioner's house did not burn down. I saw the fire spreading rapidly, so I shouted “Master” three times. The wind changed from west to north, and the fire turned. My house was not burned.

The people in my village began to believe that Falun Gong is truly miraculous. Dozens of people came to my home to listen to Master's lecture the next day. Sometimes I drove to every village in my area to spread Falun Dafa and study the Fa. There were from sixty to seventy people doing the exercises and studying the Fa daily. Before the persecution began in July 1999, between four and five hundred people practiced the exercises together at our local practice site.

I recall another miracle. Once, I fell from a high tree. My thoracic vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae and feet were fractured. I asked the doctor: “How much do I have to pay you if I am cured?” The doctor said: “You will be an invalid and have to depend on a wheelchair for the rest of your life, even if you spend 300,000 yuan.” I decided to go back home to practice the exercises. I could turn over and sit up after three months and walk four months later. Everyone in my village was surprised. I went to the hospital and the doctor was also surprised and asked: “What happened?” I answered: “Falun Dafa saved me.”

Another miracle happened to one of my neighbors who was very ill and was bleeding. She spent over 200,000 yuan for treatments but she was not cured. The doctor said that she would probably live no longer than a month. I went to her home and talked to her about Falun Dafa. I talked about the benefits I received from practicing Falun Gong. She believed me and decided to practice Falun Gong. She soon recovered and went back to work a month later.
