(Clearwisdom.net) On May 12-13, Falun Gong practitioners from Saipan held activities to celebrate the 12th World Falun Dafa Day and the 60th Birthday of Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa.
On May 12, practitioners held group exercises at the busiest district in Saipan. They also showed the video of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, which helped people to understand the evil history of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and why the CCP persecutes Falun Gong. Practitioners also passed out materials, introducing the spread of Falun Gong in the world. Many people watched the video and took photos of practitioners.
Some Chinese tourists were amazed by the group exercises. They asked practitioners if they can take videos and photos. They talked to practitioners for a long time. Practitioners took this chance to tell them about the trend of quitting the CCP. Nine Chinese tourists quit with practitioners' help.
On May 13, practitioners held celebration on the road next to the beach. They held banners which read, “Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day,” “Falun Dafa is Good,” and “The World Needs Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.” Some practitioners held flowers and waved to the passerby. They passed out flyers and paper lotus flowers. Many drivers honked to greet the practitioners.
