1. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Additional Information Regarding Mr. Zhou Renming's Arrest

Officer Yang Chaohui from the Yueyang City Environment Sanitation Bureau's South Branch Office deceived Mr. Zhou Renming into going to the South Branch Office at 7:50 a.m. on April 13, 2011, and immediately took him to a brainwashing facility.

4. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Elderly Practitioners Ms. Zhang Juxiu and Ms. Yue Zhenlan Arrested and Released

Ms. Zhang Juxiu, in her 80s, and Ms. Yue Zhenlan, in her 70s, from Lanzhou City were arrested on the street on the afternoon of April 14, 2011. Officers from the Wujiayuan Police Station in Qilihe made the arrests. The two women were released around 2:00 a.m. on April 15. While in custody, they were each bound to an iron chair. The police took Ms. Zhang's key and ransacked her home.

5. [Inner Mongolia] Illegal Detention of Practitioners from Bayan Town, the Ewenke Banner

Ms. Wu Fengjie was arrested on the afternoon of November 19, 2009, by 17 officers from the Shengli Police Station in Bayan Town. The police ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books and informational materials. She is currently in Bao'anzhao Prison.

Ms. Xu Baiqing was arrested at around 4:00 p.m. on November 21, 2009. Officers from the Shengli Police Station in Bayan Town made the arrest, ransacked her home, and confiscated her Falun Gong books and informational materials. She is now in Huhehaote Prison.

Ms. Zou Fengzhi was arrested on November 21, 2009, and her home was ransacked. The police confiscated her Falun Gong books, informational materials, and equipment. She is currently in Huhehaote Prison.

6. [Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Li Zhongkui's Circumstances

Xianyang City 610 Office agents, along with agents from the Weicheng District 610 Office, broke into Mr. Li Zhongkui's home on the evening of April 12, 2002. Mr. Li was employed at the Tibet Institute for Nationalities. The police ransacked his home, arrested and held him in the Taerpo Detention Center for two weeks. They forced him to hand over 2,000 yuan.

Mr. Li was arrested again in July 2009 as he distributed information about Falun Gong. Officers from the Xingxin Road Police Station made the arrest and held him again in the Taerpo Detention Center for two weeks. In November that same year, Mr. Li and his wife were taken to a brainwashing facility and held for 20 days. Participating in the couple's persecution were officers from his college's Security Office, from the Political and Security Section and hospital, along with agents from the city's 610 Office. More than 3,000 yuan was subsequently deducted from their salaries, and the hospital deducted their bonuses, amounting to several hundred yuan.
