I. Practitioners Illegally Sentenced
1. Mr. Zhang Yuanbo: illegally arrested on the evening of July 9, 2009, and sentenced to a four-year prison term by the Tianhe Court. He is being held in Sihui Prison in Guangdong Province.
2. Mr. Luo Li: arrested in May 2009 and sentenced to a three-year term by the Haizhu District Court of Guangzhou. He is being held in Yangjiang Prison in Guangdong Province.
3. Mr. Zhu Yaoting: arrested on December 20, 2008, and sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year-term by the Baiyun District Court. He is being held in Sihui Prison in Guangdong Province.
4. Mr. Feng Zhigang, arrested on September 23, 2007, and sentenced to a four-year term by the Tianhe District Court. He is being held in Sihui Prison in Guangdong Province.
5. Mr. Lai Borui: arrested on May 8, 2008, and sentenced to a four-year term by the Zengcheng Court. He is being held in Sihui Prison.
6. Mr. Chen Yongtao: arrested on April 15, 2008, and sentenced to a three-year term by the Tianhe District Court. He is being held in Sihui Prison.

II. Practitioners Imprisoned in Forced Labor Camps
[Note: The decision to sentence a person to forced labor isn't handed down by the court system, it is handed down by the forced labor bureau and/or local police bureau/station and the 610 Office.]
1. Mr. Jiang Shaofeng: employed at Guangzhou Highway Bureau, arrested on April 15, 2008, by the security director at the bureau and police officers from his residence community. Mr. Jiang was sentenced to two years of forced labor.
2. Ms. Fan Hongwei: around 39 years old and holds a Masters degree in Science. She was arrested on April 10, 2009, and sentenced to two years of forced labor.
3. Ms. Lei Wen: 42, employed at the Guangdong Provincial Power Utility School. Arrested on July 23, 2009, by the Tianhe District Police Department, she is serving a two-year term in Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp.
4. Ms. Zhang Runzhao: arrested at her home in the Huangpu area. She has been held in Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp since October 9, 2009.
5. Ms. Zhang Lixia: in her 40s. She was arrested on July 20, 2009, and is serving a two-year term in the Guangzhou Women's Forced Labor Camp.
6. Mr. Ye Weixiong: 39 years old. He was arrested at home on July 18, 2009, by officers from the Yuexiu District 610 Office and the Datangjie Police Station. Mr. Ye is serving a three-year term in the Chini Forced Labor Camp (also known as Guangzhou First Forced Labor Camp) in the Huadu District of Guangzhou.
7. Mr. Xie Weide: from the Tianhe area. He was arrested on September 23, 2009, and is serving a one-and-a-half-year-term in the 8th team of the Guangzhou First Forced Labor Camp.
8. Mr. Liu Hongdian: from the Panyu District. He was arrested on October 7, 2009, and sentenced to two years of forced labor. The forced labor camp refused to admit him because of poor health, due to torture. Mr. Liu is being held at the Shawan Detention Center in Panyu.
9. Mr. Li Shaohui: arrested in early October 2009 in the Panyu District of Guangzhou by officers from the Dashi Police Station. After being held in the Panyu District Detention Center for more than two months, Mr. Li was taken to the Guangzhou First Forced Labor Camp and is now in the 8th team. He is serving a two-year term.
10. Ms. Zheng Yingying, Ms. Liang Huixian and Ms. Wu Liyuan: All three practitioners were arrested on December 26, 2009, when they talked with people about Falun Gong in Dafushan in Panyu. They are being held in Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Zheng was sentenced to a two-year term.
11. Ms. Ren Qiuhong: arrested on May 15, 2010, by officers from the Jiangnanzhongjie Police Station. She is serving a one-and-a-half-year-term in Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp.
12. Ms. Luo Chunhong: held in Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp.
13. Ms. Liu Yu'e is from Songzi City in Hubei Province. Ms. Liu lived with a relative in Panyu. She went shopping around 7 p.m. on January 17, 2010, and didn't return. Her relatives reported it to the police. The police replied that no person with that name was found in their records. Later, it was confirmed that she had been arrested and taken to a forced labor camp.
14. Ms. Zeng Libo: around 35 and a senior accountant. She was arrested on August 26, 2010, and detained at Nanzhou Detention Center in the Haizhu District. She was transferred to Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp. In early November 2010, the labor camp told her family that she was hospitalized in Armed Police Hospital of Guangzhou. 15. Ms. Li Jing, in her 30s, a homeless practitioner, worked at the Yimanning Clothes Factory in Guangzhou. Officers from the Fengyang Police Station at Kangle Village in the Haizhu District arrested her on September 25, 2010. She was taken to the Haizhu District Detention House, where the guards handcuffed her and put shackles on her. Her wrists and ankles were bruised and her limbs also showed bruise marks. She was transferred to the Guangzhou Women's Forced Labor Camp. She was tied to a chair and force-fed. She is pale and emaciated and is being force-fed through a tube inserted through her nose. Her life is in grave danger.
III. Other Imprisoned and Missing Practitioners in Guangzhou (January 2009 to July 2010)
1. Ms. Luo Jiangying: in her 30s, an employee at the Zhongshan Third Hospital in Guangzhou. She was arrested by officers from the Tianhe District and Shibei Street in August 2008 during the Olympic Games. Her whereabouts are not known.
2. Ms. Jiang Xiumei: in her 20s. She lived at Zhongshan 4th Road of Guangzhou. Ms. Jiang was arrested during the Olympic Games period and her whereabouts are not known. Her parents-in-law and her young son are worried about her.
3. Ms. Liang Huo: 56 years old. Officers from the Datang Street Police Station arrested Ms. Liang on January 10, 2009, when she was talking with people about Falun Gong near the Guangzhou City Library at Zhongshan 4th Road in Guangzhou. She is being held at the Yuexiu District Detention Center.
4. Ms. Wang Shunhua: arrested on February 12, 2009, by Lujiang Police Station officers when she was talking with people about Falun Gong.
5. Ms. Lin Zhenzhi: 57 years old, arrested in November 2008 when she was talking with people about Falun Gong. She is detained at a brainwashing center at the Guangzhou City Law Education School.
6. Ms. Chen Xinlan and Ms. A Hong: arrested in March 2009 and detained in a brainwashing center.
7. Ms. Xu Chunlian: a manager at the Guangzhou Office of China Aviation Technology Trading Co. She was arrested in February 2009 and is being held at the Sanshui Brainwashing Center in Guangdong Province.
8. Ms. Li Yuehuan: 56. She lived in the Bizhou in Haizhu District of Guangzhou. Officers from the Biancheng Police Station in Nansha District arrested Ms. Li in April 2009. She is being held at the Haizhu District Detention Center.
9.Ms. Zheng Jiangyan: arrested around April 2009 and being held in the Chatou Brainwashing Center.
10. Ms. Sun Weihua: from Dehui in Jilin Province. Ms. Sun was arrested when she was in Guangzhou City. Her niece, Ms. Hu Jixiu, was also arrested.
11. Ms. Li Chunfang and Ms. Yang Bihua lived on Gonghe Road in the Yuexiu District. They were arrested on July 12, 2010.
12. Ms. Zhang Shaoling and Ms. A Yun were arrested in June 2009 near Zhongshan 7th Road. They were detained in the Chatou Detention Center.
13. Ms. Zhou Xuexia: 45 years old. She is an excellent teacher in Guangzhou City. Police from the Tianhe District arrested Ms. Zhou around noon on July 27, 2009.
14. Mr. Huang Feng: 40 years old. He lived in the Fangcun District of Guangzhou City and was an employee of the Guangdong Provincial Land Bureau. He was arrested on July 19, 2009, and detained at the Yuexiu District Detention Center. On August 3, after 15 days of detention, Lai Jianping, the director at his workplace, took him to the Guangdong Provincial Law Education School in the Sanshui area in Foshan. Mr. Huang had a six-month-old baby at home.
15. Ms. Yang Aiqin: in her 40s. Officers from the Tianhe Branch of Guangzhou Police Department and Shangxia Police Station arrested her at around 3:30 p.m. on September 25, 2009. She was taken to the Tianhe District Detention Center in the evening.
16. Ms. Ye Huixin: 40 years old. She lived in the Haizhu District of Guangzhou. She was arrested in September 2009.
17. Ms. Chen Yuanying: 59 years old. She lived in Xincheng in the Tianhe District. She was arrested in August 2009 and detained at the Tianhe Detention Center of Guangzhou.
18. Ms. Peng Fengping: around 43 years old. She was from Huazhou and lived in a rental apartment in Licun in the Haizhu District. Huazhou'a 610 Office, Haizhu District 610 Office, and Nanzhou Police Station officers arrested her around 8 a.m. on September 16, 2009. After being detained in the Nanzhou Detention Center for 15 days, Ms. Peng was taken to the Sanshui Brainwashng Center.
19. Mr. Huang Yaowei: 70 years old. He was arrested on September 16, 2009, when he was distributing truth clarification materials. Mr. Huang was taken to the Yuexiu District Detention Center.
20. Ms. Deng Jinlian: Officers from the Qiaoxili Police Station and officials from the local resident committee ransacked Ms. Deng's home and arrested her. Ms. Deng was held at the Shawan Detention Center in Panyu.
21. Ms. Luo Liping: about 54 years old. She is a retiree of the China Travel Agency in Guangzhou. She was arrested on January 12, 2010, by the local police station, Longfengjie residents committee, and Haizhu District 610 Office.
22. Ms. Deng Fangchen: 35 years old, from Hunan Province. She owned a business in Huagang Leather Goods Shopping Center in Guangzhou. She was arrested in her store on the afternoon of January 13, 2010, by the Yuexiu and Haizhu 610 Offices.
23. Ms. Chen Xueqing: from Haizhu District of Guangzhou. The Haizu District 610 Office arrested her at her home in January 2010.
24. Mr. Che Jianhua: arrested and held in Guangzhou Brainwashing Center. His wife, Ms. Deng Fangchen, was also held at the brainwashing center.
25. Ms. Zhong Fengyan: worked on a residents committee in Guangzhou. Her whereabouts have been unknown since January 2010.
26. Mr. Liang Zhibiao: former employee of the Huangpu District Custom Service in Guangzhou. Mr. Liang's whereabouts have been unknown since July 2009.
27. Ms. Liang Qingling: 63 years old. She was arrested in the afternoon on February 3, 2010, when she was talking with people about Falun Gong at Zhoumeng in the Liwan District. She was taken to the Liwan Police Department Detention Center.
28. Ms. Ming Xin: She was detained in February 2010. Her daughter was left without supervision.
29. Ms. Hou Yueping: 38 years old. She was a financial manager of Guangzhou Rescue Bureau. The Haizhu District 610 Office arrested her on March 17, 2010, when she was talking with people about Falun Gong. Her whereabouts are unknown. She has a 13-year-old son.
30. Mr. Li Zhenghai is from the 9th team of Dabolao Village, Lushi Town, Sichuan Province. On February 27, 2010, Mr. Li talked with people about Falun Gong and his cultivation experience near Dadun Village, Xintang Town in Guangdong Province. Officers from the Dadun Police Station arrested him and detained him in the Zengcheng Detention Center.
31. Ms. Pan Huiling: 61 years old. She lived on Fengyuan Street in the Liwan District in Guangzhou. Ms. Pan was arrested on May 12, 2010.
32. Ms. Yang Yufeng (also known as Yang Guihua) is from Macheng in Hubei Province. In May 2010, Ms. Yang took the train to visit her relatives in Guangzhou. She was arrested when she distributed truth clarification materials on the train.
33. Mr. Yu Zhiyin: around 41 years old. He lived in the residence area of Guangdong Provincial Machinery Institution in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou. Mr. Yu was arrested around 10:30 p.m. on May 23, 2010.
34. Mr. Lu Haiyun was arrested at his workplace on May 29, 2010.
35. Ms. Yuan Lini: 24 years old. She is a teacher in Guangzhou. Officers from the Tianhe District Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Yuan on May 12, 2010, when she talked with people about Falun Gong, and detained her at the Shangxia Detention Center in the Tianhe District.
36. Ms. Gu Zhiming: around 24 years old. She is a design engineer from Guangzhou. Officers from the Tianhe District Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Gu on May 12, 2010, and detained her at the Shangxia Detention Center in Tianhe District.
37. Mr. Zhang Yuanping: 24 years old. He is a delivery person in Guangzhou. Mr. Zhang was arrested on the afternoon of June 18, 2010 on Heguang Road in the Tianhe District. He is now in the Tianhe Detention Center.
38. Ms. Meng Yance, Mr. Peng Yujie, Mr. Chen Chunlin, and Ms. Li Guanping were arrested on July 23, 2010. On September 11, 2010, Mr. Chen was transferred to the Juvenile Correction Management Center at No. 73, Huahai Street, Xizhoubeilu, Chatou, Baiyun District of Guangzhou. Mr. Peng was released on January 19, 2011. Ms. Li, 33 years old, worked for China Mobile at Zhuhai Office. Ms. Li is detained at the Tianhe Detention Center.
39. Mr. Zhu Yubiao is in his 30s and a lawyer. Police ransacked his home and arrested him on the street on August 18, 2010. Mr. Zhu is now in the Haizhu District Detention Center.
40. Ms. Xu Hongxia: 40 years old. She is a cadre of the Guangdong Provincial Women's Association. She was arrested at home on September 30, 2010. She is serving a one-and-a-half-year-term in Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp.
41. Ms. Lin Yingyu: in her 40s. She lived in Dongshan in the Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City. She was arrested on September 29, 2010, and held in the Luogang Detention Center in Dongshan. She is serving a one-and-a-half-year-term in Chatou Women's Forced Labor Camp.
42. Ms. Zhou Jinhua: in her 60s, from Luoyang, Shanxi Province. Around August 22, 2010, Ms. Zhou and her four son(s), daughter(s) and a daughter-in-law were arrested in Junjing Garden in the Tianhe District.
43. Mr. Zeng Jiageng: around 68 years old. He is retired from the Guangzhou City Tire Factory and lived in the Jiangnanxi Bone Injury Hospital. Mr. Zeng was arrested on August 26, 2010.
44. Ms. Xiao Mei: from Chaozhou. She lived near Zhongshan University. She was arrested on August 26, 2010.
45. Ms. Cheng Lianqiong was arrested on August 18, 2010, in Taihe Town by the Baiyun District. The 610 Office was responsible.
46. Mr. Wu Dinghe: arrested on September 17, 2010. Officials from the Longfeng Street Residence Committee and Huazhu District 610 Office went to Mr. Wu's store and arrested him.
47. Mr. Chen Sudan: He was arrested on his way to work on the morning of August 18, 2010, by the Tianhe Police Department.
48. Mr. Chen Shuangfei, 41, is from Pingtan Town, Tongliang County. On October 18, 2010, Mr. Chen was chased by the Zengcheng police but escaped. Now he is homeless.
49. A male practitioner whose name is unknown: about 50 years old. He lived in the Changgang Community in Cuicheng Garden, the Haizhu District, Guangzhou. He was arrested on the evening of April 4, 2011.
