Falun Gong Practitioner Mr. Pei Yanqing from Qinglong County Tortured to Death in Qinhuangdao City Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Pei Yanqing lived in Qinglong County of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. While detained at the Qinhuangdao City Labor Camp, he was tortured until he was on the verge of death. His chest was blackened with bruises, and he lost control of his bodily functions, both bladder and bowels. To avoid responsibility for Mr. Pei's death, Mutoudeng Town officials sent him home. Four days later, Mr. Pei passed away on February 20, 2011.
