When I advised him to recite sincerely during crises, “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, Falun Dafa is good,” I heard many voices shouting together, “Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good!” I helped each one of them quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. I called several CCP city leaders and university professors, and they all quit. Some even helped their wives and children quit. A Xinjiang veteran was with a group of 11 veterans who were appealing. After I explained the meaning of quitting the CCP and its affiliations, they all quit. Another time, the person I called was head of the CCP Party Committee of a certain level. After I helped him quit, he transferred the call to others. When the call reached the last leader, he expressed his gratitude to Falun Gong, saying, "You guys are remarkable..."

Greetings, revered Master! Greetings, fellow practitioners!
This is my first experience sharing in a Fa conference. It's hard to know where to start since there have been many experiences in these last ten plus years of cultivation practice. I will just write about two facets of my cultivation.
1. Obtaining the Fa
In 1995, a random phone call brought me to Dafa. I opened the book and saw Master smiling mercifully, and he looked so kind and familiar. I read the book with extraordinary respect. After I finished it, as Master said, my outlook of the world was totally changed. I felt that a murky-minded me had become a person with clear thoughts and a light body. When I read the section that talked about why people had illnesses, I felt shockwaves throughout my brain and body. Since then, I haven't experienced any sickness karma, and all of the illnesses that I had suffered from for many years disappeared. Dafa answered the questions that I had been seeking answers to, such as where did human beings come from? Why did people suffer sickness? Why did human beings come to this world? What was their purpose? When would they die? Were there gods and Buddhas? I never believed that man evolved from apes. These unanswered questions poisoned my life. I was not interested in this world at all. When I suddenly ran into such a good book, I was so excited and happy that I cried a lot while I was reading the book.
One night when I had just laid down after reading the book, I saw a huge golden Falun rotating towards me with a humming sound from a corner of the room. My eyes were dazzled by its light. It rotated around my head and body for some time and then disappeared. From then on, I often saw Faluns of various sizes rotating in front of my eyes and felt that my body was floating upward as light as a balloon. The floating feeling got stronger when I was meditating. Once I sat there, I felt that my body vanished. The feeling was so strong that I dared not close my eyes to do the meditation. In addition, no matter whether I was walking or riding a bike, Master's lecture appeared in front of my eyes or echoed in my ears. I was bathed in the extraordinary grace and wonders of Dafa.
As a beginner, I strictly followed the Fa in every circumstance. My husband, who had been supportive of my practice, suddenly changed his attitude. He did not allow me to practice no matter how I explained it, and he hid all my Dafa books, tapes, and tape player. He ignored all my desperate pleas. In addition, he found fault with my every movement and made it a big issue. I maintained my xinxing and endured his charges one after another. The more I endured, the more fierce he became. He acted like a barbarian. I showed endurance in my behavior, but my heart was bitter. One night, I could no longer endure it, and I knelt in front of Master's photo crying, “Master, I can't endure this anymore. I have reached my limit.” One day after lunch, when I was leaning against the bed, Master opened my celestial eye. Like TV episodes, one episode a day, it showed how I descended level by level. In the last episode, a huge colorful Falun was rotating from the ground to the sky. I understood that compassionate and magnificent Master wanted me to return to my origin by practicing Dafa. I hence became more diligent and much stricter with myself. I spent all my spare time studying and spreading the Fa. Many of my friends and relatives thereby came to Dafa.
2. Clarifying the Truth
It was beyond my imagination that, on July 20, 1999, Jiang Zemin's CCP regime began to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. It was as if black clouds hung over the land, and the sky was cracking. I was arrested, and during the interrogation, officers crowded in the room, shouting and roaring. I had only one thought, that I would not discredit Dafa or make Master look bad. I kept calling for Master in my heart. Nine days later, I was released. My home phone was under surveillance. I was anxious and did not know what to do. Suddenly two sentences that Master taught in the nine-day lecture video sounded in my ears. I enlightened that all we did was public and I would make them aware that we had nothing to hide. I used the monitored phone daily to call my relatives, friends, schoolmates, and coworkers. I told them why I was arrested, the wonders of Dafa, and its benefits to mind and body. When I answered calls, before finishing, I said, “Do you know why the CCP persecutes Falun Gong? Once people start practicing, they become good. Jiang Zemin would then have no way to act like a hoodlum. The corrupt officials would have no way to put public money into their own pockets, and no way to eat, drink, go to prostitutes, and gamble using the public's money.” I pretended that I didn't know the phone was being monitored. I made these calls daily, but didn't make any calls of the type they were waiting for. As a result, they became polite to me. A police station director said to me, “After witnessing Falun Gong practitioners, if the government hadn't started persecuting you, I would have led all the officers of the police station to practice.” I was later sentenced to one year of forced labor, to be served outside the labor camp. I knew benevolent Master bore it for me.
The false propaganda of the staged Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident deceived many people. It made clarifying the truth harder. During my multiple arrests, I got to know the police department director and Domestic Security Division chief. I told them that I would give them the Falun Gong materials that I received. I used this excuse to distribute the materials to the police department. After the DVD disclosing that the self-immolation was staged was available, I took the DVD directly to the director's office. I said that I got it from someone who put it on the handle of my door, and I hadn't seen the content since I did not have a player. The director said, “Leave it here. I will watch it when I am on the night shift.” I thereafter wrote many anonymous letters to the director, chiefs, and the police station director, and mailed them truth clarification materials. They did well after they realized the truth. The director was promoted and the chief quit. The police station director was also promoted.
After the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published, I distributed and mailed the books almost every day, even in the chaos during the school lunch break. I used the time to deliver the books in the school mail. Once just after I delivered the big envelopes containing the Nine Commentaries, several school administrators returned from outside. The guard handed them out one by one. They opened and read them while they were walking. In this way, I delivered and mailed the Nine Commentaries and other truth clarification materials to all local police stations, police departments, Procuratorate, courts, governments, schools, and bureaus.
For a while when I did Dafa work, I could not study the Fa with a calm mind and seldom studied. This created a loophole for the evil to persecute me. I was arrested while distributing materials and was sentenced to forced labor. During my imprisonment in the labor camp, I either recited the Fa or sent righteous thoughts. “Calmly reflect on the attachments you have” (“Don't Be Sad” from Hong Yin Volume II). I found that I had too many attachments, including attachments to competition, jealousy, showing off, complacency, self validation, insisting on my own ideas, taking no criticism, fear, attachment to children's study, not looking within, and to doing things without studying the Fa.
After I was released, I began to study and memorize the Fa with a calm mind. I often spent a whole day memorizing the Fa. I again experienced the wonder of immersing myself in the Fa that I had experienced as a beginner. Especially when I was reciting the Fa from memory, the Fa principles at different levels were displayed to me. I was able to return to the same diligent state as when I first obtained the Fa. When I did the three things, I really achieved twice the results in half the time. A dozen former practitioners had either joined the Buddhist religion, simply stopped practicing, or come to a deviant understanding. I found them and convinced them to begin practicing again.
Master said in “My Thanks to Sentient Beings Who Have Sent Greetings,” “Dafa disciples are the sole hope of salvation for the beings in each region and each nation.” As the Fa rectification was moving forward, I started this year to make cell phone calls to encourage people to quit the CCP. My experience in the last six months is that making the quitting the CCP calls is a process of being strict with myself and improving xinxing. Since we don't know who we are calling, we will talk to many types of people. For example, some immediately quit after taking the call. Some yell or say foul words, some don't quit, and some hang up. Others are working for the 610 Office or police department and report the call. So we first have to study the Fa well, keep strong righteous thoughts through the whole process, and maintain pure hearts and enormous compassion. We are then able to be most effective in convincing people from all walks of life to quit the CCP.
Another experience is that Master has paved the path of saving sentient beings and is waiting for us to walk that path. I called several city CCP leaders and university professors. After I explained the reason for quitting the CCP with compassion, they all quit. Some even helped their wives and children quit. A city CCP leader in Xinjiang said, “You are really smart, calling to our city Communist Party Committee family compound.” His whole family quit. One Xinjiang veteran was with 11 other veterans who were appealing. After I explained the meaning of quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations, all of them quit. A young man in Inner Mongolia switched to a speakerphone after picking up the call, and he and his five friends who were having a meal together listened to the truth. All of them quit and then gave me the phone numbers of their schoolmates and relatives. I called them one by one, and they all quit.
One night, I called a young man, who also switched to a speakerphone. I didn't know it because the line was noisy. When I advised him to recite sincerely during crises, “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, Falun Dafa is good,” I heard many voices shouting together into the phone, “Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good!” I was shocked and moved to tears. I helped each of them quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
One time the person I called was head of the CCP Party Committee at a certain level. After he quit, he surreptitiously transferred the call to someone else. The next person passed the call on, and so on. When I was speaking to the fourth person, I learned that they were all leaders and they all spoke politely. When the call was transferred to the last leader, he expressed his gratitude to Falun Gong, saying “You're remarkable. Although I can't see you, judging from your voice, you must be very young and beautiful. May you stay forever young.” There were many people called who were from Master's hometown or worked in the army with Master. They said that they missed Master and hoped he might return to his hometown. They asked me to pass their greetings to Master and ask him to take care.
There were also many calls that necessitated my cultivating my heart. One call went to a member of the 610 Office. He talked to me like he was interrogating me, “Do you know where I work?” I said, “Every government office should serve the citizens. People say that if you hold an official position but are not serving the people, you'd better go home and plant potatoes.” He snarled, “I am with the city 610 Office. I have locked-in on your location.” I prayed for Master's strengthening and sent strong righteous thoughts to dissolve the evil behind him. I said, "Since you are with the 610 Office you didn't need me to tell you the facts. Stop your acts of persecution immediately so that you and your family will have a good future. The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) has been collecting criminal evidence on every persecutor. Justice is inescapable for everyone who persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners. Your only choice is to quit the CCP, stop the persecution, and protect practitioners." He said that he had recorded my call. I said, "Then I hope you will replay it to 610 Offices all over China. If they all stop persecuting practitioners, you will have boundless benefits. He said, “I will come and arrest you now.” I replied, “Sir, will it benefit you? That good and evil have their respective consequences is the ultimate law.” I detailed the facts of Falun Dafa and used many examples. In the end, I said, “If I called you, then it is our predestined relationship, and I hope that you appreciate the predestined relationship and further appreciate your own life. You can quit the CCP using an alias. The alias is Guangming (bright).” He agreed.
On another occasion, the call reached a young man who told me that he was a member of the Youth League. When I was helping him quit, he suddenly started to yell at me using foul language. I was not upset and calmly said, “I am calling you to tell you how to save your life in a crises, and nothing more than that. Why are you overreacting?” He immediately changed and agreed to quit the Youth League. He repeatedly expressed his gratitude. Afterwards, he sent a short text message, saying, “Thank you.”
Since I began making calls to encourage people to quit the CCP, I've truly felt that all beings are eagerly awaiting our salvation. After learning the truth, many were eager to find Falun Dafa books, and some wanted to get a copy of the Nine Commentaries and other Falun Dafa materials. Some gave me their addresses and phone numbers. I mailed materials to some of them. I could not satisfy others because of special reasons. I'd like to suggest that fellow practitioners pick up their cell phones and encourage people to quit the CCP. Making these calls is a way of providing salvation, as well as an environment for cultivation improvement. A practitioner has to maintain strong righteous thoughts from beginning to end during the whole process. Otherwise the person called will either hang up or refuse to quit.
In brief, I have had many feelings since I began making the quitting the CCP calls. At the same time, I feel that I have matured and improved a lot. Everyday people say that time is money, but to us time is lives. I feel that every minute of my existence is for all beings. All practitioners around me are making the calls. I think that if every practitioner does the same, we definitely will achieve what Master wants, “...not omitting a single area where there are people,” ("Let Go of Human Attachments and Save the World's People") and we definitely will save more Chinese.
