(Clearwisdom.net) Officers from the Guangrong Road Police Station in Qiqihar, led by director Wang Wenjun and deputy director Sheng, arrested Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Yang Jie, Ms. Yang Min, Ms. Liu Shourong, Ms. Hui Shujuan, and Ms. Wang Aihua on December 2, 2011, and arrested Ms. Niu Fengqin, Ms. Shen Guirong, Ms. Li Peixian, and Ms. Li Xiangrong on December 7, 2011. Ms. Yang Jie and Ms. Wang Aihua were beaten.

At around 8:00 a.m. on December 2, 2011, director Sheng and two officers from the Guangrong Road Police Station went to Ms. Yang Jie's home and confiscated a computer and other personal belongings. They pulled Ms. Yang's hair, beat, and kicked her. Ms. Yang had a convulsion and lost consciousness. She was taken to the Automobile Factory Hospital by ambulance.

The officers later arrested Ms. Yang Jie's sister, Ms. Yang Min, and three other Falun Gong practitioners who came to visit. The police also ransacked the homes of those practitioners and confiscated many personal belongings.

Ms. Wang Aihua tried to escape from the Guangrong Road Police Station and accidentally cut her finger on some glass. One officer ran over to her and pushed her to the ground. Another kicked her lower back so hard that she couldn’t move. Another officer pulled her hair and dragged her back to the police station.

Ms. Yang Jie and Ms. Wang Aihua were released on medical parole due to their health. The police extorted 4,000 yuan from Ms. Yang's family. Ms. Yang is currently very weak and has difficulty walking. Ms. Wang still has blood in her urine and excruciating stomach pain.

At around 8:00 a.m. on December 7, 2011, a group of officers from the Guangrong Road Police Station broke into Ms. Niu Fngqin's home and ransacked the place without showing any identification. The officers confiscated a desktop computer, a laptop computer, Falun Gong books, two MP5 players, and other belongings. The officers arrested Ms. Shen Guirong, Ms. Li Peixian, Ms. Niu fengqin, and her daughter Ms. Li Xiangrong, and took them to the Guangrong Police Station.

It was alleged that the arrests had been planned for a long time. One officer said that he had been following Ms. Li Peixian for many days.
