(Clearwisdom.net) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 12 cities or counties and in eight provinces. In this report, three practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 15 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Yuxia Arrested
On November 3, 2011, Ms. Wang Yuxia from Dongjian Road, Pudong New District was arrested while speaking with people about Falun Gong. It is possible that she is being held in the Pudong New District Detention Center.
2. [Suining County, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Dai Jikui Imprisoned
Mr. Dai Jikui, 66, was sentenced to prison because he practices Falun Gong, and he is now incarcerated in the Hongzehu Prison in Jiangsu Province. In June 2011, he started a hunger strike in protest of his imprisonment. As a result, the prison guards began force-feeding him. Now he is in very weak condition. Mr. Dai's son is being held in the Fangqiang Forced Labor Camp in Dafeng City, Jiangsu Province because he also practices Falun Gong.
3. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Cao Guiying Taken to Brainwashing Center
On November 2, 2011, a group of officers led by Tang Zhenwu from the Yuanxing Town Government, along with village head Chen Qilun, took Ms. Cao Guiying to the Zhongjiang County Brainwashing Center.

4. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Fan Yuqin Detained
On the morning of November 7, 2011, Ms. Fan Yuqin from Xiaoshaoyujia Village, Jiulong Sub-district, Fangzi District, Weifang City was arrested in Weicheng District. She is being held at the Weifang Detention Center.

On the evening of July 4, 2011, Mr. Yu Liancheng and his wife Ms. Yu Li were arrested by officers from the Qidingshan Town Police Station. Mr. Yu was taken to the Sanli Detention Center in Jinzhou District. Ms. Yu was taken to the Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian City.
On August 24, Mr. Yu was secretly sentenced to one year of forced labor and then taken to the Dalian Forced Labor Camp. On September 20, Ms. Yu was taken to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City.

7. [Hengyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Li Suhua and Three Other Practitioners Detained
Four practitioners from Buyunqiao Town, Qidong County, Hengyang City were arrested by officers from the Jiangjiaqiao Police Station while speaking with people about Falun Gong in Zusanwan Village, Jiangjiaqiao Town. They are: Ms. Li Suhua, 65; Mr. Li Jiajun, 61; Ms. Cao Qiuxiang, 58; and Ms. Chen Huaying, 75. They are being held at the Qidong County Detention Center.
8. [Beijing] Ms. Shen Zhiying Arrested and Home Ransacked
On the morning of November 9, 2011, Ms. Shen Zhiying, in her 60's, was arrested by officers from the Wanshousi Police Station while handing out pamphlets about Falun Gong on the streets. Her home was later ransacked.
9. [Chongqing] Mr. He Mingli Not Released after Finishing Prison Term
Mr. He Mingli was sentenced by the Jiulongpo District Court in 2003 for exposing a policeman for raping Ms. Wei Xingyan. He has been incarcerated in the Chongqing Prison for more than eight years, and his prison term was due to end in August or September. In mid-September 2011, the prison administration submitted a request to the Chongqing High Court to extend Mr. He's prison term. Mr. He is still being detained in the prison.
10. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information on the Arrest of Ms. Wang Yuhua
On the morning of November 2, 2011, Ms. Wang Yuhua was arrested while working in the Yilong Hotel. She is being held at the Nancha District Detention Center.
In 2002, Ms. Wang was sentenced to eight years in prison and incarcerated in the Heilongjiang Women's Prison. She was released in 2009.
11. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Zhang Yulian Arrested
On the morning of November 8, 2011, Ms. Zhang Yulian, 49, was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Yaohai Police Sub-bureau while on her way to work. Her home was later ransacked.
In June 2008, Ms. Zhang was taken to the Heifei City Women's Forced Labor Camp to serve a one-year term. She was also fired from work.

12. [Guang'an City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Hu Xiuchun and Ms. Zhang Shu'er Taken to Brainwashing Center
On October 20, 2011, Ms. Hu Xiuchun and Ms. Zhang Shu'er were taken to the Wusheng Brainwashing Center by the 610 Office in Guang'an City.
13. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Liang Xiuying's Whereabouts Unknown
On the morning of November 9, 2011, Ms. Liang Xiuying left her home to go grocery shopping and was then arrested by officers from the Hongshan District Domestic Security Team. The officers, who had been monitoring her, ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Dafa books and other personal belongings. Ms. Liang's whereabouts are unknown.
