1. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Leng Zhenhui Taken to Brainwashing Center

On the afternoon of September 15, 2011, two officers from the Taohaotai Township local police station, Qianguo County, Songyuan City, went to the home of Mr. Leng Zhenhui at East Changtuozi. They took him to the Changlong Township Brainwashing Center.

In the afternoon on September 16, 2011, Mr. Wang Zhenjun, who works at the Tongbei Forestry Bureau, Beian City, was arrested by three officers from the Domestic Security Division of Beian City Public Security Bureau.

On the afternoon of September 15, 2011, Mr. Wang Jian from Changchun was put in District 2 of Jilin Prison and taken to the observation room on level 1 by Zhang Jianhua, the transformation team chief. Zhang Jianhua colluded with Zhang Baosheng to mercilessly beat Wang Jian, injuring his face, legs, and arms.

On the morning of September 16, 2011, Lan Qinghong, Mayor of Shancheng Town, Meihekou City, and local police officers broke into the home of Ms. Fu Fengying. They took her to the No. 2 Hospital in Shancheng Town for a physical in an attempt to persecute her.

5. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Chunling and Ms. Fan Shufen Arrested

In the morning on September 15, 2011, Ms. Wang Chunling and Ms. Fan Shufen from the Luyuan District of Changchun were arrested at home by officers from the Luyuan District Public Security Sub-bureau, Domestic Security Division, and the Xian Square Police Station. Their homes were ransacked, and they were taken to the Weizigou Detention Center that night.

On September 14, 2011, Ms. Liu Yumei from Nong'an County was arrested and taken to the Brainwashing Center in Zhongying Hotel in Nong'an County.

7. [Pingdu, Shandong Province] Ms. Jing Jianmei Taken to Jinan Women's Forced Labor Camp

At noon on September 14, 2011, Ms. Jing Jianmei of Xiangjia Village, Pingdu City Development District, was taking her child to school when she was arrested by officers from the Taishan Road Police Station. She was taken to the Jinan Women's Forced Labor Camp the following day.

8. [Lanzhou, Gansu Province] Facts of Ms. Li Dongmei Tortured

On September 2, 2011, Ms. Li Dongmei from Lanzhou was arrested at her home in Gansu, Communist Party School. Her home was ransacked, and three computers, a printer, and other belongings worth close to 80,000 yuan were taken She was tortured in Gaolan County for three days before she was released.

9. [Changzhou, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Wu Zhenghai and Ms. Zhang Ying Arrested

In the afternoon on September 13, 2011, Mr. Wu Zhenghai and Ms. Zhang Ying from Changzhou were arrested by police officers from Wuxi and Changzhou. Their homes were ransacked, and they are detained in Wuxi.

10. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Ms. An Yanli Arrested

Ms. An Yanli from Penglai City is around 30 years old. She was arrested at home by police officers on the morning of September 13, 2011, and her home was ransacked. She is now in the Magezhuang Village Brainwashing Center.

11. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Xie Guichen Arrested

Early in the morning on September 15, 2011, Mr. Xie Guichen from Senshu Village, Baiqi Town, Shulan City, was arrested at home by four officers from the Baiqi Town Police Station. His Falun Gong books and cell phone were confiscated. He was taken to the Grain Bureau boarding house, a 610 Office Brainwashing Center in Shulan City, and released several hours later.

12. [Laishui, Hebei Province] Ms. Song Xiangrui and Others Taken to Brainwashing Center

On September 14, 2011, officers from the Laishui County 610 Office and Shiting Police Station arrested Ms. Qiu Yuelan, Ms. Xu Xiuhua, and Ms. Song Xiangrui, who are all from Chenjia Village, Shiting Town, and Mr. Zhai Haisheng and Ms. Han Fengqin from Shiting Village.

13. [Tuquan County, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Wang Tiezhu Sentenced to Five Years

Mr. Wang Tiezhu from Tuquan County was arrested by local police for distributing truth-clarification materials on the night of April 18, 2011, and taken to a detention center. He was mercilessly beaten by officers Ding Yuejun and Han Zhongfa. Consequently, he could not sit nor stand properly for several days. He has been sentenced to five years in prison, and his family has had tens of thousands of yuan extorted from them. He was escorted to Hohhot Prison.

On September 14, 2011, when Mr. Zhang Zhongli from Zoucheng City, Shandong, took his family to their hometown of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, to arrange his father's funeral, he was arrested by officers from the Zhaishan Police Station in Xuzhou.

15. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Cui Yingfeng Persecuted

On July 31, 2011, officers Liang Taishun and Xiao Tinglong from the Binggu Police Station in Miyi County broke into Ms. Cui Yingfeng's home. They confiscated Minghui Weekly, Zhuan Falun, Lecture Series in Guangzhou, and other Falun Gong books and materials. Ms. Cui fled into the darkness and became destitute. Liang Taishun and Xiao Tinglong arrested her husband, Mr. Li Fuquan, a non-practitioner; took him to the police station; and detained him for over ten hours.

16. [Wuwei City, Gansu Province] Ms. Zhang Dengchun Critically Ill from Torture

On July 3, 2009, Ms. Zhang Dengchun from Wuwei City was arrested by Meng Xinping, chief of the Domestic Security Division in the Liangzhou area, and others. She was sentenced to four years in prison and taken to Gansu Jiuquan Prison.

Recently, as a result of torture, Ms. Zhang has become deaf and blind, has heart problems and high blood pressure, and is critically ill. Jiuquan Prison officials have extorted money from her family as a condition for her release.

In late August 2011, Ms. Liu Mengqun from Yibin City was arrested at home by plainclothes police officers. When she refused to open the door, the police called up special personnel, who climbed up to the fifth and sixth floors. They broke her window, entered the room, and took her away.

18. [Chongqing] Facts about the Persecution of Mr. Zhang Hongxu

It has been reported recently that Mr. Zhang Hongxu from Tongliang is being detained in Xishanping Forced Labor Camp in Chongqing. He held a hunger strike for over 50 days to protest his incarceration. He is now emaciated and can't walk without the support of two people.

On the morning of September 15, 2011, Ms. Zeng Chaoping, a teacher at the Fenghuang Road Primary School in Anlu City, was arrested at work by seven to eight people from the Anlu City 610 Office, Public Security Bureau, Fucheng Police Station, and Anlu Education Station, and taken to the Brainwashing Center in Anlu City.

20. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Mr. Wu Chunjian Arrested

On the afternoon of September 8, 2011, Mr. Wu Chunjian was arrested by plainclothes police officers when he was distributing truth-clarification material in a community on the Gutiansan Road. His current whereabouts is unknown.

On the morning of September 14, 2011, Ms. Yan Chunmei, who works at the Dongxihu Cotton Mill in Wuhan City, was arrested at the Wujiashan Food Market. She is currently detained at the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center.

22. [Qiandong, Guizhou Province] Ms. Yang Tonglian Arrested

Ms. Yang Tonglian from Nanzhou, Qiandong, is 44 years old. On July 26, 2011, she was returning to Kaili from Guiyang and clarified the truth about Falun Gong to people at the Lugeji Train Station. She was arrested by officers from the Guiyang Railroad Public Security Office, Chengdu Railroad Public Security Bureau, and is now in the Detention Center of the Guiyang Railroad Public Security Office.

23. [Shanwei, Guangdong Province] Additional Information on the Arrest of Mr. Huang Shengwei

Mr. Huang Shengwei, a 40-year-old accountant, lives in Shanwei City. On the afternoon of August 20, 2011, he was arrested by the Shanwei 610 Office when he visited friends in Haifeng. He was escorted back and detained in the Shanwei City Detention Center. Officers with the Shanwei City 610 Office ransacked his home and confiscated a computer and 1000 yuan cash.

Mr. Huang was previously arrested by the Shanwei City 610 Office in 2001 and taken to a forced labor camp for two years. He was arrested again in 2004 and sentenced to three years of forced labor and taken to Sanshui Forced Labor Camp in Guangdong Province.

24. [Xinbin County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Pei Kecheng and Ms. Yu Jun Sent to Forced Labor Camp

In the afternoon on September 15, 2011, Mr. Pei Kecheng and his wife, Ms. Yu Jun, from Xinbin County, Fushun City, were taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp to serve one-year terms.

25. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Ms. Meng Fanyan Arrested

Ms. Meng Fanyan from the Erdao District of Changchun was arrested at her workplace after being traced for several months. She was taken to Bridge No. 4 of Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp for one and a half years, where she had to do forced labor.

26. [Tongbei, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Zhenjun Arrested

On the afternoon of September 16, 2011, Mr. Wang Zhenjun from the Tongbei Area was arrested by officers from the Haixing Police Station and Beian Public Security Bureau. He has been taken to the Tiexi Forced Labor Camp in Beian.

27. [Xinyang, Henan Province] Mr. Wang Deyong Arrested

Mr. Wang Deyong, 38, is employed by the Xiyang Credit Association. On the afternoon of September 16, 2011, he was arrested by Henan police officers at his workplace in another city.
