(Clearwisdom.net) The Laishui County 610 Office in Hebei Province recently ordered its affiliated authorities to send Falun Gong practitioners to the brainwashing center located in the Laishui County Party school. A number of practitioners were illegally arrested, threatened and tricked.
Police from the Wangcun Township Police Station sent three practitioners to the brainwashing center at around 10:00 a.m. on September 20, 2011. The practitioners included Ms. Hu Kun and Mr. Zhang Qingchun from Dongshilipu Village and a female practitioner from Zhaogezhuang Village. Ms. Hu was released after she was forced to give her fingerprint. The other two practitioners are still detained.
The same day, Ms. Bai Shuling and Ms. Li Xiuling were harassed by a group of police captained by Zhuangtong Village Party branch head Yang Yan and deputy head Li Jinghua from Yian Town. A practitioner surnamed Sun was harassed and threatened by Gaoluo Village police. Ms. Liu Yonghua from Mingyi Township, Mr. Wei Youtong from Songgezhuang Township, Ms. Zu Cuizhi and Ms. Cao Shuying from Anyang Village, Loucun Township, and Ms. Zhang Fulan from Yanling Village were also harassed. Ms. Zhang Fulan refused to follow police orders, so the police even took her older brother's wife Ms. Li Chunxiang to the brainwashing center.
Laishui County Party organization department official Song Pandao and Laishui Town birth control office head Li Yan attempted to arrest Ms. San Xingyan from Dongnanzu Village, Laishui Town and to trick her into giving her fingerprint, but failed.
Ms. Zhao Shuying from Nanguoxia Village, Laishui Town was also harassed.
