(Clearwisdom.net) Today's News from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 13 cities or counties in nine provinces. In this report, four Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 12 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Ji Baoshan Persecuted in Hulan Prison
Mr. Ji Baoshan was transferred from a ward in the prison hospital to a prison ward and persecuted there. He is now feeling weak all over and is not able to look after himself. His life is in danger and he needs care.
2. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Han Yunying Persecuted
Ms. Han Yunying from Dehui City, in her 50s, was arrested at home by four or five police officers from Dehui Domestic Security Division at about 10:00 a.m. on September 16, 2010. Some of her DVDs were taken and her whereabouts is unknown.
3. [Fuyuan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Yunying Arrested
Ms. Li Yunying from Fuyuan County was arrested on September 14, 2010, by Zhang Sidong and two other officers from the Fuyuan Domestic Security Division. They then ransacked Ms. Li's home and took her copy of the book Zhuan Falun. Ms. Li is now being held in Tongjiang Detention Center.

4. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Liqin Arrested
Ms. Wang Liqin from Fusong County was arrested at her workplace on August 26, 2010, and was directly taken to Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City.
Ms. Wang was arrested in May 2010 for explaining the facts about Falun Gong to the public and was held in a detention center. She was released as a result of resolutely resisting the persecution, but had been constantly harassed since then.
5. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Guo Yulan Arrested
Ms. Guo Yunlan from Donggang City was falsely accused while she was explaining the facts about Falun Gong to the public in Changshan Town on September 12, 2010. She was arrested by officers from Changshan Police Station and is now being held in Baifang Detention Center in Dandong.
6. [Guangfeng, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Zhou Zhenliang Arrested
Mr. Zhou Zhenliang from Guangfeng was arrested by Tu Jiang from Guangfeng Domestic Security Division at the beginning of September, 2010. His whereabouts is unknown.

7. [Fei County, Shandong Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Ms. Gao Xiaolan
Ms. Gao Xiaolan from Fei County in Linyi City was arrested in Fei County on August 31, 2010, and held in a detention center. She was taken to Linyi Brainwashing Center on September 13.
8. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Xuemin Arrested
Mr. Li Xuemin from Erlihe Village in Jiaozhou City was falsely accused on September 9, 2010, while he was explaining the facts about Falun Gong to a colleague at his workplace. He was then arrested by officers from Zhongyun Police Statin in Jiaozhou.
9. [Nanchong City, Sichuan Province] Senior Practitioners Mr. Zhang Guanghong and Ms. Zhu Yunfang Arrested
Mr. Zhang Guanghong and his wife were arrested by agents from Nanchong 610 Office at about 9:00 a.m. on September 13, 2010 when they were grocery shopping. Mr. Zhang is now being held in Xishan Brainwashing Center in Nanchong. His wife was released.
Ms. Zhu Yunfang was arrested at home by a dozen officers from Pengan County Public Security Bureau in Nanchong and the Jinxi District Police Station at noon on September 13.
10. [Ningxia] Mr. Ma Zhiwu Arrested by 610 Office
Mr. Ma Zhiwu was arrested on September 12, 2010 by Ningxia 610 Office agent Wang Man and officers including Wang Shiyuan from Xixia District Public Security Bureau. They later harassed Mr. Ma's family.
11. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Zhang Yaozu Held in the Detention Center of Yingze District Public Security Bureau
Mr. Zhang Yaozu, 69 years old, is from Taiyuan. He was arrested on August 12, 2010 and is being held in the detention center of Yingze District Public Security Bureau.

12. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Junying and Ms. Wang Zizhen Arrested
Ms. Liu Junying and Ms. Wang Zizhen from Xiaogan City were falsely accused on September 5, 2010, while they were explaining the facts about Falun Gong to the public near a school. They were taken to a police station and interrogated. Ms. Wang was released the same day. Ms. Liu's whereabouts is still unknown.
13. [Dazhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Liu Guoquan Arrested
Mr. Liu Guoquan from Dazhou City was forced to move from one place to another in order to avoid persecution. In June, 2008, he went to Chengdu City. He rented a place in Xinxin Residential Quarters in the Xindu District and started a leather shoe business. He was arrested by officers from Dazhou on July 25, 2008, and his whereabouts is unknown.
14. [Rushan City, Shandong Province] Ma Junyan, a Middle School Teacher, Harassed by Officers from the Domestic Security Division
Ms. Ma Junyan, a teacher at Jinling Middle School in Rushan City, was arrested by officers from Rushan Domestic Security Division on September 14 while she was working in the school. Officers lifted her, then moved her into a car. They also ransacked her home and took a computer and Falun Gong books, among other items. Ms. Ma has been released.
15. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Including Mr. Bai Shizhong Sentenced
Mr. Bai Shizong from Keshan Farm in Heilongjiang Province and two other practitioners from Harbin City were arrested for installing satellite dishes. After being held in Sijiazi Detention Center for over one hundred days, two of them were sentenced to five years of imprisonment and the other was sentenced to four years of imprisonment.
16. [Tonghua County, Jilin Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Ms. Liu Guifang
Ms. Liu Guifang, about 70 years old, and Ms. Song Yuqiu, 63, are from Tonghua County. A plainclothes officer falsely accused them while they were explaining the facts about Falun Gong to the public at about 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. on September 8, 2010. They were then arrested by officers from Tonghua Domestic Security Division and their homes were ransacked.
