(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
On August 11, 2010, Zhang Wujin, the deputy chief of Baoding City Police Department in Hebei Province who oversees Domestic Security Division; Zhao Yusuo, the director of the forced labor section; and driver Zhang Yinghua were on their way to the Fuping County Police Department in order to coordinate and plan how to arrest Falun Gong practitioners in Fuping County, Tangxian County, and Quyang County. Driving down a deserted stretch of highway, they suddenly drove off the road and into a deep ditch. Zhao Yusuo and Zhang Yinghua died instantly. Zhang Wujin was thrown out of the vehicle. He was seriously injured and sustained many fractures.

Qing Kaijun, Head of a Radio Station in Sichuan Province, Died After Slandering Falun Gong
Qing Kaijun age 62, was the former head of a radio station in Qianlong Village, Anyue County, Sichuan Province. On the afternoon of August 20, 2010, when he was riding a motorcycle to visit his relatives, he had an accident and was thrown into Wenge Bridge. He sustained a severe head injury. Although he was rushed to the county hospital for emergency care, he died.
After July 20, 1999, Qing Kaijun followed Jiang's regime and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. He instructed the radio station to broadcast slanderous propaganda against Dafa and Master everyday in order to poison people's minds.
Practitioners were very concerned about him and clarified the truth to him many times. He didn't listen to them and went on to slander and abuse Dafa and practitioners even worse. He threatened the practitioners who tried to help him and said he would report them to the police department.
Liu Guangyi, Director of Commercial Bureau in Shouguang City, Shandong Province, Dies After Receiving Karmic Retribution
Liu Guangyi, over 70 years old, is the former director of the commercial bureau in Shouguang City. In 2007, Falun Gong practitioners clarified the truth to him. He wouldn't listen to practitioners' exposure of the regime's lies, but cursed Falun Dafa and Master Li. He discarded or burnt all the truth-clarification materials he received. He said he only believed in the communist regime. Not long after that, he unexpectedly had a cerebral thrombosis. He spent thirty thousand yuan on medical treatments. Two months later, despite doctors' efforts he died.
After Falsely Accusing Falun Gong, Ren Zhanrong's Family Receives Karmic Retribution
In June 2009, Ren Zhanrong, from Lucun Village, Wulongkou Town, Jiyuan City, Henan Province, made several phone calls and falsely accused Falun Gong practitioners. Shortly afterwards, her son fell from a tree and both his legs were broken.
On March 31, 2010, her husband fell from the scaffold while he was painting the wall. He remained unconscious for over a month in Jiyuan City Hospital. He died on July 24, 2010.
