(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Sui Jinming lives in Ganzezhuang Village, Xingwangzhai Township, Zunhua City, Hebei Province. He was illegally arrested at his friend's home in Zunhua City on the morning of August 9, 2010. Domestic Security Division officers Dong Guofeng and Zhang Zhimin made the arrest. They held Mr. Sui in custody for 15 days and then sent him to Kaiping Forced Labor Camp for a two-year forced labor term.
Around 11:00 a.m. that same day, officers from the domestic security division and from the Xingwangzhai Township Police Station broke into Mr. Sui's home and did not present any legal documents. They ransacked it and took his cell phone, Falun Gong literature, and other personal property. Only Mr. Sui's elderly mother-in-law was at home to witness the ransacking, causing her to tremble with fear.
Several officers from the Xingwangzhai Township Police Station proceeded to go to Mr. Sui's oil mill in Huangtugang Village. They jumped the fence, rushed in, and searched it.
During Mr. Sui's detention, police officer Dong Guofeng handcuffed Mr. Sui behind his back and beat him. The severity of the beating caused Mr. Sui to lose his hearing for a period of time.
On the afternoon of August 25, 2010, without informing Mr. Sui's family, domestic security division officers sent Mr. Sui to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp to be held for two years. Mr. Sui's family was only told about this the next day, when they went to the domestic security division to request Mr. Sui's release. Mr. Sui's family refused to sign the forced labor document.
