Theresa Chu, lawyer for the Falun Gong practitioners, pointed out that when Huang Huahua worked as Guangzhou City Party Secretary and Guangdong Governor, he set up an organization in charge of persecuting Falun Gong. The organization orders forced labor camps and prisons to abuse, torture and murder Falun Gong practitioners. Ms. Chu hopes that the Taiwan Judicial System will take Huang Huahua's crimes seriously and bring him to justice.
Mr. Chang Ching-hsi, president of the Falun Dafa Association, and economics professor at National Taiwan University stated that Huang Huahua is responsible for breaking up a large number of families in recent years. Mr. Chang stressed that whenever Chinese Communist officials who have seriously abused human rights enter Taiwan in the future, Falun Gong practitioners will definitely file lawsuits against them.
