Solemn Declaration

I began practicing Falun Gong at age 12. When the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started persecuting Falun Gong, my grandmother asked me during my visit," Are you still practicing Falun Gong?" Out of fear, I whispered to her "I stopped practicing a long time ago." A job I found after my graduation from middle school required a "discipline clearance" certificate from the police department. My mother negated a question related to my Falun Gong practice and I acquiesced. I solemnly declare that whatever inappropriate things I have said and done are null and void. I will resume my cultivation practice and do the three things well.

Solemn Declaration

I didn't study the Fa diligently. Because of fear and selfish attachments, I wrote the three statements, including the "guarantee statement" and "repentance statement" during my detention in a police station. I also completed a 610 Office survey form on their orders after I was released. I solemnly declare that all these statements, the 610 Office survey form, and fingerprints I gave, and the guarantee statement made by my family are null and void. I will resume my cultivation practice. I will completely reject all arrangements of the old forces to make up for damaging Dafa.
