(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Huang Zhenglan is a country woman from Bake Town, Changshou District, Chongqing City and is of good mental and physical health. However, she has already been illegally held twice in the Yanjia Mental Hospital in the Changshou District for five months. The doctors injected her with unknown drugs. Her situation is highly critical and we are calling for help to rescue her.
Ms. Huang, 47, lived in Zitong Village in Bake Town. In January 1999, she started practicing Falun Gong. On November 12, 2000, she was arrested when she went to appeal for the right to practice Falun Dafa in Beijing. She was sentenced to a four-year prison term by the Changshou District Court and held at the Yongchuan Women's Prison in Chongqing City. She was released on November 11, 2004.
Tortured for Two Years in a Forced Labor Camp and a Mental Hospital
On September 29, 2005, Bake Town government officials and police from the town police station searched Ms. Huang's home and confiscated many of her family's belongings, including the documents about her previous illegal sentencing. After being held for 20 days in a detention center, she was sentenced to two years of forced labor and taken to Maojiashan Woman's Forced Labor Camp in Chongqing City. For the first two months, collaborators beat her daily. She was also force-fed with drugs. Guard Hu Xiaoyan ordered the inmates to hold Ms. Huang down, hold her feet and hands, and sit on her stomach. They pinched her nose and throat to force open her mouth, but Ms. Huang clenched her teeth tightly. They broke two toothbrushes trying to pry open her mouth. They force-fed her with unknown drugs, which caused her to shiver, convulse, and make strange sounds. The guard ordered her to be taken to the prison clinic. They hurt her as they carried her.
Ms. Huang often was beaten and cursed at. She was also often forced to stand or squat for a long time. She was forbidden to shower for months and suffered sleep deprivation. The guards also forced her to copy from communist ideology books while squatting. In addition, she had to wrap candies while in this position. She was rarely allowed to sit.
Ms. Huang was released on August 9, 2006. However, on September 29, 2007, town government officials broke into her home and took her to the Wangxiangtai Brainwashing Center in Chongqing City. On October 5, 2007, Dai Shangying, Cao Zhanyue, and officials from the Bake Town government took her to Yanjia Mental Hospital, where she was held for 22 days.
Again Imprisoned in a Forced Labor Camp and Mental Hospital
On January 22, 2009, Ms. Huang was sentenced to two years of forced labor for distributing Falun Gong flyers. She was taken this time to Shabao Women's Forced Labor Camp in Chongqing City.
Ms. Huang was beaten shortly after her arrival at the camp, because she shouted "Falun Dafa is good!" She was locked in an isolation cell for two months. Guard Zhao Yuanyuan ordered collaborators Ding Xia and Shi Mei to torture her. They grabbed her hair and slammed her head against the wall. They picked her up and threw her to the ground. Ms. Huang was not allowed to sit down even when she ate, and her legs were swollen.
On February 3, 2010, she was taken to Yanjia Mental Hospital by Li Jinrong, the secretary of the town politics and judiciary committee, and three other officials from the town government. She has been held for five months. She is force-fed unknown drugs every day and no family visits are allowed.
