On the afternoon of July 7, three practitioners from the Acheng District in Harbin City were reported by Liu Fugui. The three had been handing out truth-clarifying materials in Liugou Village, Yongyuan Town. They are being held at the Yongyuan Town Police Station. The police went to their homes and harassed their families.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Guan Yuqin and Ms. Zhang Xiuli Arrested
Ms. Guan Yuqin and Ms. Zhang Xiuli have been held at the Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center for more than two months. On April 23, 2010, Ms. Guan was arrested by Wang Liguo, director of Nangang District Domestic Security Division, around 4:00 p.m. while she was at work. Ms. Zhang was arrested by Huang Yaobin, deputy director of Nangang District Domestic Security Division, at her home around 7:00 p.m. that same day.
