One of over five thousand people who were arrested in Changchun in March 2002 for broadcasting Falun Gong truth clarification video through cable TV channels, Mr. Liang Zhenxing was sentenced to 19 years in prison. Due to the mistreatment in jail, he died on May 1, 2010.
She was injected with unknown medications making her unable to walk in the prison. Local authorities also refused to sent her appeal to the upper level.
Mr. Zhang Xingcai has gone on a hunger strike to protest the persecution while being detained at the police hospital. He was illegally arrested on January 16, 2010 while visiting the home of another Falun Gong practitioner.
Mr. Wang Bin, 31, fell from the fourth floor while in police custody and died the next day. His body is being kept under heavy guard which raises the question of what an independent autopsy might show.
