(Clearwisdom.net) In the twinkling of an eye it's already the eleventh anniversary of the April 25 Peaceful Appeal. The great changes that have happened since then make me sigh with emotion.

A few years ago when talking to my colleagues about Falun Gong, they automatically described the appeal in Beijing as a demonstration, and that therefore it was justified for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to suppress it.

When they finished I said calmly, "Even if you say that the April 25 Peaceful Appeal was a demonstration, there's nothing wrong with it since compassion has its own dignity. Displaying compassion doesn't mean that a man of honor and integrity can be bullied at random, nor does it mean that a man who will not fight back when hit and will not retaliate when verbally insulted can be hit or verbally abused freely. Compassion can also display the kind of dignity that will deter the villains."

My colleagues kept praising me for what I said.

The CCP holds a military parade once every ten years to show off its power to the international community. Internally it frequently launches the so-called "strike-hard" campaigns to show its despotic power and make people tremble with fear. If a villain can show people its vicious power then why shouldn't kind people display their dignity to deter the villains and stop the evildoers from doing bad things?

The April 25 Peaceful Appeal was a trial in stopping the evildoers from doing evil. As for the reason why the CCP insisted on persecuting Falun Gong, it was because good and evil cannot coexist. Practitioners use various methods to clarify the facts. These righteous practitioners who will not fight back when they are hit or verbally insulted are using an unprecedented way to disintegrate the wicked CCP. As for everyday people, they can decide their future by distinguishing compassion from evil by comparing the acts of the practitioners and the CCP. The good news is that more and more people are learning the truth and withdrawing from the CCP, paving a way for a better future for themselves.

"April 25" -- the dignity of compassion will exist forever!
