(Clearwisdom.net) Shen Yun Performing Arts had their third show in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on the afternoon of April 11. An enthusiastic audience honored the artists with resounding applause before the final curtain was drawn. The audience, whether local residents or those traveling from afar, marveled at and were immersed in the classical dance and singing of Shen Yun.

"Whenever I watch Shen Yun, I am so touched, I feel like shedding tears. Remarkable! Really remarkable!" Ping Huijuan said, unable to conceal her delight and excitement, even though this was her third time to attend the Shen Yun show.

Founder of Huijuan Neoclassical Dance Troupe, Ping Huijuan brought her students to the New York-based Shen Yun Performing Arts show in Kaohsiung.

As founder of the Huijuan Neoclassical Dance Troupe, Ms. Ping was a loyal Shen Yun fan. On the morning of April 11, she, her friends and relatives in Taitung County boarded six rented buses to take the three-and-half-hour journey to Kaohsiung for the Shen Yun show that afternoon. Among them were 10 of her students and their parents.

"I have attended the show for three years and have found the Shen Yun dancers very talented. With very good choreography, the dancers perfectly present classical Chinese dance. It's very touching," said Ms. Ping.

As a dance teacher, she said she understands that dance is based on persistent training of basic skills and cultivation of one's character. Perfection can never be achieved without continuous effort. She appreciated Shen Yun and the hard work that has been put into it.

Apart from the perfection of the performances, she also enjoyed the concepts of beauty and good she saw conveyed through them.

She said that Shen Yun portrays moving stories that touches people's hearts, for example, divine beings descending down to the world to save humans in Astounding Conviction in Tiananmen Square, and the interaction between parents and children, in Nothing Can Block the Divine Path.

The deeper meanings she saw in the programs are an inspiration, leading people to kindness, Ms. Ping said. "It's not just my personal feelings. I believe everyone has the same feelings. What touches me is not just the performance, but the enthusiasm expressed by the audience," she added.
"To match each individual program to the backdrop displays and bring me a different joy. As gods and goddesses descend, the steps onstage are skillfully used for transition. Seeing them drifting across the backdrop down to the stage and then flying upward to the backdrop, I feel really touched. Remarkable! Really remarkable!"

Deeply touched, Ms. Ping was full of praise, particularly, as this year Shen Yun performed with a live orchestra. "The integration of a performance, a backdrop scene, and the accompaniment of the orchestra impressed me ... that is art you find just once in lifetime. Displayed in front of us is the pinnacle of dance art!"

Ms. Ping took her students to the Shen Yun show with high expectations. She said, "In the classroom, I am a strict teacher, demanding students to make daily progress. This time I take my students to Shen Yun, hoping that they can get inspired by Shen Yun's elegance, bearing and form, story contents, and classical Chinese dance. In particular, I would like them to experience a dancers' devotion to their performance ... and we will absolutely come to the show again next year."

Bank Manager Deeply Moved

"It was wonderful! So wonderful! ... I can only use two words to describe it 'Shen Yun', i.e. these scenes can only be seen in heaven, and they are few and far between in the human world,'" exclaimed Mr. Zhang Ronghui, manager of the E. Sun Bank's Linyuan branch.

After watching the Shen Yun Performing Arts New York Company's sixth show at the Kaohsiung County Labor Recreation Center on the evening of April 13, Mr. Zhang praised Shen Yun, saying, "Every program was marvelous. I have never seen such a beautiful performance. I felt like going back to ancient times. Shen Yun seemed to have revived the culture of the Tang Dynasty, and this authentic ancient court culture featuring the pursuit of pure benevolence and beauty was indeed very spectacular."

Surprised by the fact that most of the performers are Chinese who have grown up overseas, Mr. Zhang asked, "How can this large group of overseas Chinese preserve our beautiful culture of ancient times? Is it because they are practicing Falun Gong, or because of other reasons?"

He highly admired the perfect coordination and synchronization of the performers. He added, "It is really wonderful to achieve the state of selflessness, without distinction from one another [during the performance]."

In addition, fascinated by the Shen Yun New York Orchestra, Mr. Zhang said, "It matched with the scenes performed on the stage so wonderfully. I can only use 'wonderful' to describe it."

To recommend others to see the Shen Yun show, Mr. Zhang happily said, "Come to see the show! Seeing is believing."
