(Clearwisdom.net) The 369th issue of Minghui Weekly published the article "Wake Up, Fellow Practitioners" written by a Fa study group in Yushu, Jilin Province. This article presented a few incidents calling for practitioners' attention. For example, practitioner A was requested by a local coordinator to use his Third Eye and found that a practitioner who had passed away had reached Arhat Fruit Status; some practitioners also asked A to use his supernormal ability to check on other practitioners.
In my opinion, every practitioner should look within for our attachments after having read the article. Some practitioners thought that A was solely responsible for all the problems mentioned in the article. They felt that A had other serious attachments as well. Thus, after turning from a cultivation "star" into a "liar" in some practitioners' eyes, practitioner A has been under a lot of pressure.
I would like to share with A what Master said in "Teaching the Fa at the 2004 Chicago Conference":
"So there must be a reason for letting a certain Dafa disciple have supernormal abilities while he cultivates; it must be for the purpose of laying the foundation of something for the beings of the future. That's how enormous Dafa disciples' responsibilities are, that is, you have such important tasks on your shoulders!"
When we saw the article "Wake Up, Fellow Practitioners," we should have started looking within for any omissions in our cultivation state, instead of looking for extraneous reasons and others' fault.
In addition, fellow practitioners' reaction to practitioner A was not compassionate behavior. What they said about A would increase tribulations for him, and the gossip itself was not kind. Besides, believing only one side, based on what they heard, showed immaturity in cultivation, because they didn't follow the Fa's standard. Even if practitioner A had problems, we should have helped him to overcome them, rather than increasing pressure on him.
Conflicts do not happen randomly. Only when all of us truly cultivate ourselves and look within for attachments can we form a whole body. Master is awaiting us; the evil is watching us and trying to attack our loopholes. We must stop internal conflicts from consuming our energy. Wake up, fellow practitioners!
