(Clearwisdom.net) Performing its sixth of seven shows at the iconic Radio City Music Hall in New York City on the evening of February 20, 2010, Shen Yun Performing Arts thrilled and charmed its audience, receiving a standing ovation.

Andres Aquino, a top fashion show producer, designer, photographer, and writer, attended the show, describing it as a "beautiful experience."
"When I watch something like this, I just want to escape and go right into it. I want to transport myself to that world ... to see this beauty in the way it is presented," he said.
Speaking about the digital backdrops, Mr. Aquino said, "Each background takes you to different regions in a different time--the spring, by the river, or the story of the divine that marries the human and gets stuck on the mountain there. Whatever it is, you're always there."
Regarding the meaning of the various stories and ancient legends, Mr. Aquino said, "I think everybody can get it--cross language, cross culture--which is very interesting."
Touching upon the different stories portrayed in the show, he said, "I think there's so much color and so many folk tales and stories that I've been told. I think there's a little bit for everyone here.
"And it's not only the fact that you have a story. The main story that underlines the show is the freedom of speech," adding, "I think there's also the beauty of the country and the landscape and the dance in the different regions of China that come alive here. So that makes it very, very beautiful in many ways," he said.
Theater Actress: "I like the story and the message!"
Beverly Prentice, a theater actress in New York.
Also in attendance was New York theater actress Beverly Prentice, who described the show as, "Amazing--It was fantastic," adding, "I like the story and the message!"
Remarking on the dance piece, Nothing Can Block the Divine Path, depicting the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, she said, "What they're talking about here is the suppression of choice--just that--and how they've incorporated it into the show. I didn't know this history [about the persecution], I didn't know. I was quite ignorant actually, unfortunately."
Describing the rest of the show she said, "I loved the drummers [and] the quality of the women when there's a group dance, with so many beautiful costumes--so many.
"The singers were also quite exceptional. And just watching and seeing the choreography! And I liked the combination of the mixed medias of the background graphics. That was a really a beautiful element," said Ms. Prentice.
Wall Street trader: "I feel like I'm watching something ancient!"
Also attending the show was Mr. Edgar Bernstein, a Wall Street trader, who said that he appreciated the principles of life that were brought out in the show.

"It's a message of principles, a way to lead one's life; the challenges that one faces, and how to cope with them," said Mr. Bernstein adding, "The message that I got about the divine was to have faith and belief."
He continued, "I feel the history of the movement of the dance comes through in the presentation. I feel like I'm watching something ancient. It was very colourful."
