1. [Yongxing County, Hunan Province] Ms. Li Qun'e, Mr. Zhou Fujun Persecuted in Forced Labor Camp
On November 22, 2009, Ms. Li Qun'e, Mr. Zhou Fujun, Ms. Cao Shuiju, and Ms. Wang Bixiang from Chenzhou, Yongxing County, were arrested and held in the Yongxing Detention Center after they attended a experience sharing conference. Recently, Ms. Li and Mr. Zhou were sentenced to forced labor. She was sent to the Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Zhuzhou City and she was sent to the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp in Changsha City.
Family members of Ms. Cao Shuiju and Ms. Wang Bixiang had four thousand yuan extorted from them before the practitioners were released.

4. [Gaozhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Zhang Xiangming Arrested Again
Mr. Zhang Xiangming and his wife, Ms. Liu Meijuan, were arrested on January 31, 2010, as they clarified the truth about Falun Gong at the Nan Shengyu Fair in Huazhou City. They are currently being held in the Gaozhou City Detention Center and family visits are not allowed.
5. [Panshan County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wei Baoxiang Arrested
On February 3, 2010, Ms. Wei Baoxiang from Gouxiatou Village in Goubangzi Township was arrested by officers from the Tianshui Township Police Station. She is being held in the Panshan Detention Center.
6. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yang Yizhen Arrested
Ms. Yang Yizhen from Harbin City was arrested by officers from the Zhaolin Police Station at 4:00 p.m. on February 2, 2010, after she had been reported to the police for was explaining the facts about Falun Gong.

8. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Shan Arrested
On the afternoon of January 30, 2010, Mr. Wang Shan was arrested by Yang Zhilei and other police officers, and is being held in a detention center.
9. [Hebei Province] Ms. He Weidong Illegally Confined in Changping District
Ms. He Weidong was arrested on January 13, 2010, and is currently illegally confined in the Changping District, Beijing.
10. [Shouguang, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Faxiang and Zhang Fengmei Arrested
On December 25, 2009, Ms. Zhang Faxiang from Shouguang was arrested. Ms. Zhang Fengmei from Huying Village was arrested on January 20, 2010. In the early morning of January 23, Ms. Zhang's daughter was arrested and wasn't released until 5,000 yuan had been extorted from her. Ms. Zhang is currently in the Shouguang Detention Center.
11. [Fengxian County, Shaanxi Province] Mr. Xin Tanglu Arrested
At about 9:00 p.m. on January 17, 2010, Mr. Xin Tanglu from Zangxiang Town, Fengtang County, was arrested by people from the police department, Politics and Law Committee, the 610 Office, various police stations, and other departments. His current whereabouts are unknown.
12. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Hou Manli and Ms. Bo Hanying Arrested
On the evening of January 4, 2010, Ms. Hou Manli and Ms. Bo Hanying from Hanzhong City were arrested by the police as the two were posting Falun Gong materials on a wall. They are being held in the Domestic Security Division. On the evening of January 4, 2010, Ms. Bo Hanying's home was ransacked, and her cash and daughter's computer were confiscated.

13. [Xianyang, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Ma Jie Arrested
Ms. Ma Jie, who is in her thirties, is a college graduate from Xianyang. On the afternoon of February 3, 2010, Ms. Ma was arrested when she was telling people about Falun Gong at Xiangyang Lake. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

14. [Chongqing City] Ms. Lei Changrong Severely Tortured at Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Lei Changrong, from Danzishi in the Nan'an District in Chongqing, was arrested by Pang Tao from the Tushan Township Police Station, Nan'an District, in November 2008, because she distributed informational materials. She was later sentenced to two years of forced labor and held in the Shabao Women's Forced Labor Camp. It was said that Ms. Lei is being force-fed with drugs that damage the central nervous system and cause bodily harm.
