(Clearwisdom.net) It is generally known that the Chinese government, through its various state-run media outlets as well as its diplomatic corps, often spreads misleading, defamatory information about Falun Gong. As a result, many people, including high-ranking officials in many countries, have misconceptions about this spiritual discipline.
To convey the truth about Falun Gong to the state officials, Falun Gong practitioners in Jakarta visited residences of several state ministers on Idul Fitri Day (September 10, 2010). That day, practitioners met with the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, the Minister of Religious Affairs, the Minister of Communication and Information Technology, the Chief of the Supreme Court, and several other state ministers.
Practitioners presented the truth-clarification materials to these top-ranking officials of the Republic of Indonesia to give them an opportunity to make their own, clear judgments regarding the information disseminated by the current Chinese government. The ministers accepted the materials presented by the practitioners and thanked them.
