Qiuju Wang of the Toronto Tuidang Service Center said that she had participated in all of the Quit the CCP rallies in the city and had observed a significant attitude change from local Chinese people. "Many now seem to understand the evil nature of the CCP, and they are willing to quit as soon as you ask," said Ms. Wang. Within one hour, she helped 16 people quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.

Mr. Wang immigrated to Toronto from China 8 years ago. At the rally, he told the crowd, "An event of this kind is very good. The purpose is to let everyone know that the CCP will soon collapse. I quit the CCP at Epochtimes.com. However, there are still many people who don't know about this. So, we need to hold more events like this one."

In late November of 2004, the Epoch Times newspaper published a series of editorial reviews called the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, which for the very first time systematically analyzed the evil nature of the CCP. The Nine Commentaries soon inspired a global movement to quit the CCP, and to date over 55 million Chinese people have resigned their membership.

In the past 4 years, volunteers in Toronto have talked to many local Chinese about the Nine Commentaries and the global movement of Quitting the CCP. In addition, they have spread the truth to countless people in China. One of the volunteers has helped over 5,000 Chinese people to quit the CCP.
