On March 10, 2009, Sichuan Province 610 Office agents conducted efforts to persecute Falun Gong in Tongchuan District, Dazhou City. They forced three teachers who practice Falun Gong to leave teaching work.

Guangzhou City practitioner Ms. Dong Shunyan, 45 years old, was arrested on March 3, 2009, when she distributed informational materials about Falun Gong and the persecution in Dongpu, Tianhe District. She was taken to Tangxiashangshe Detention Center. Her whereabouts is unknown.

Mr. Du Zhiguo, over 20 years old, is a resident of Xiantao City. In January 2009, police from Huangmei County arrested him because he was distributing information about Falun Gong. He has been detained at the Shili Detention Center for over two months.
11. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yu Lili Arrested
Police arrested practitioner Ms. Yu Lili from Kuiwen District, Weifang City on the night of March 8, 2009, when she was explaining what Falun Gong is to people on Zhonghe Street. She was taken to a detention center. On the morning of March 9, police of Weicheng Domestic Security Division ransacked Ms. Yu's home and confiscated her photo of Teacher Li, Dafa books and truth-clarification materials.

Practitioner Ms. Xu Yanli is detained at Tiantanghe Women's Forced Labor Camp. Because she refuses to renounce Falun Gong, brigade head Bai Lianna, guard Xia Xi and two drug addicts supervise her, forbid her to go to the restroom, deprive her of sleep and force her to stand for long periods of time. 20. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Shitou Sentenced to Forced Labor
Handan City practitioner Mr. Li Shitou was taken to the Shijiangzhuang Forced Labor Camp for the second time in July 2008. He is held in the Brigade No. 5. His family was not allowed to deliver clothes and money.
Police from the Handan City Police Station and Detention Center murdered Mr. Li Shitou's mother Ms. Liu Huanqing because she refused to give up her belief. Mr. Li Shitou's father Li Ganglin, nearly 70 years old, was taken to Handan City Forced Labor Camp in July 2008. Li Shitou's wife could not bear this persecution and divorced him.

Practitioners Ms. Wang Fengying of Zhuhe Village, Jiangheliu Township, Jing County, Ms. Lin Guiying and Ms. Xu of Luzhuang Village were arrested by police from the Duqiao Town Police Station and Tongjing County Police Station. They were released after the police extorted 3,000 yuan from them.
